SpringHill Suites Navarre Beach recensioner

I booked a gulf view suite and was given a bay view instead, i tried to resolve this only to be told they have no gulf view left.

Really nice, clean room with a great breakfast!

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Good service and food. Would stay here again.

For the money really expected more luxury. Towels and bedding were cheap. Incredible amount of noise from both neighbors we had next to us during our 5 night stay. Complained about our air not turning off, maintenance solution was to just turn on our heat. Just felt we over paid for the whole experience.

Hotel location is great, other than that is a disaster, romms are outdated, showers and bath need more service, the humidity inside the room is extremely high, you must keep the AC on at around 67F in order to keep at least the floor dry if not floors are completely wet, the damp smell in this rooms is disgusting, the room service came in on the morning and just changed towels (4 people in the romm and they left only 2 clean towels, we had to go get 2 more) they didn't fix the bed sheats or anything. For the price and beeing a Marriott i expected something much better, definitely not going back to this place. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL.
