The space This space adopted an Komodo Dragon - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful endangered species! Simple studio layout! As you enter you will see the couch/living room straight ahead. If you bear left as you enter the studio you will see a well outfitted kitchenette, king bed and a full bath with roomy shower! The gardens in the back yard are a peaceful place to retreat to AND if you are lucky you will see the Blue Angels fly over the property! Bonus - propane grill for Grilling Garden-side! Guest access Guest has full access to the Guest House and backyard! The only potential shared space is the gardens located between the main house and the guest house. Also parking is another shared space. Otherwise you have the entire inside of guest house to yourself! Other things to note Guest house is located at the back of property. Guests can park on the street or in the driveway. Back yard is a fully fenced garden! The main house that sits infront of the guest house is in the works of renovation and will become two more separate spaces.
