Fairfield Inn Pensacola I-10

The whole staff was wonderful, kind ans made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was good with many options to eat.Housekeeping did a great job keeping up with clean towels. Pool was clean. Awesome pillows! Beds were comfortable. I will stay here again!!!

Loralie at the front desk was incredibly helpful changing our reservation when we had a medical issue and couldn't make it there the first night. We were coming to town for our babymoon, so we were really bummed we couldnt make it the first night, but she was able to accomodate us for an extra night. She made the whole weekend for us! The hotel was also clean and comfortable, and the location was very helpful.

Place is ok priced $112. Convenient to I-10. Breakfast only starts late at 6:30. Beds are full-sized not queen (I am 6’6”). Parking convenient and nice to have a nearby Waffle House. Staff especially Lorilei was incredibly helpful (am adding a star just because of her). She moved me to a larger bed and got me a couple of muffins when I mentioned my planned early departure would have me miss breakfast. Main downside is repeated sleep disturbing noise during stay. 1) the Firestone outside window, dropped there loud tow shelf, dragged a car on to it and then had much back up noise at 11:15pm. Next someone was intentionally sequentially shouting and banging on every door on third floor to wake people up at 4:15AM!! I couldn’t understand what they were saying so didn’t open the door. Apparently per the front desk it was the sheriff’s department trying to find the parent of a child found wandering. After this I had to sleep in until a car alarm went off at 8Am ( which wouldn’t have been a problem if I had slept earlier. Not sure how repeatable these problems are so despite horrible sleep giving 4 stars thanks to Lorilei.

The room was roomy and clean. It had a desk and love seat with a queen size bed. Small refrigerator for leftovers and a microwave to reheat. The staff were friendly and remembered us by asking how our visit for the day was with family. Breakfast each day was plentiful in choices with good coffee, tea, and juices. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant customer service! Ms. Angel, Victoria, and lorralie all go out of there way to make sure our company has all we need? Hats off to these woman!! Very quiet place and the indoor pool is great. Very peaceful and easy to rest at night. The staff mentioned are awesome!

Was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was very welcoming. Was offered fresh cookies, which were very good. Plus as much fresh fruit that you want. The hair conditioner didn't work, was stuck. We slept very well. Two bottles of water in our room was free.

The staff was very pleasant the room was nice I’m very pleased and this is my second time staying with them very satisfied the pool was a bonus my child celebrated her 9th birthday here and the pool hours are awesome we loved it

No problems at all. Front desk (Lorelei) was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Foyer area has complimentary fruit, water, and coffee 24-7. Nothing wrong with the room at all. Beds were fine, bathroom was stocked with the pump-type shower essentials, water pressure was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had hot food and cereals and yogurts - fully maintained. Seriously ... nothing was wrong. Clean, safe, highly recommend. Would stay again.

The bed was broken in the first room I was given, when I spoke to the front desk staff they were very apologetic and immediately gave me an upgrade to another room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and receptive. I would highly recommend this Fairfield Inn to anyone.
