The best feature is the proximity to the airport itself. It literally took about two minutes fior the hotel's free shuttle to get to the entrance of the hotel.
The rooms are reasonably priced especially in the current economy, clean and amply supplied with incidentals.
There's a 24 hour restaurant and bar on the premises and Starbuck's coffee is available there.

Just disgusting. The mold and mildew in the bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, possibly months. Pics below. We also booked a meeting room for a business meeting. They gave us a literal closet with a fold up beer pong type table from Walmart and a broken portable AC unit. Mind blown. I wish I had taken pictures of it. Stay away from this property.

Great hotel, professional and courteous staff, clean rooms. Staff treated us like we were the only customers, they were friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Needed bath towels and called the front desk, they arrived within four minutes.

The staff at the Hyatt Pensacola Airport were so helpful as we were working to stay ahead of hurricane Helene and get home earlier than planned. Their work looked overwhelming given the circumstances, but every contact was met with a smile and a helpful response. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Not impressed: hotel looks good from the outside and staff is very nice. Also, breakfast is good. But room's AC is so noisy that we could not run it. The bed is unusually uncomfortable! Our room was not made on the second day because, according to the housekeeper, it was "not on her list." I wish I had gone to the Hampton Inn and saved 40 dollars over two nights.

This was our first day at the Hyatt and our first trip to Pensacola as we were evacuating for a hurricane. It was such a stressful event but from the moment we arrived at the Hyatt every single staff member was so helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean everything at the hotel was taken care of and we were traveling with pets so that was a big bonus for us. I couldn't recommend them more. Great job Hyatt

The staff were excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The room, on the other hand, was very disappointing. It was musty smelling with stains on the carpet, window shades and lamp shades and one wall was covered in dust bunnies from the CHA system. The door didn’t shut well. I don’t recommend and don’t plan to ever stay at this hotel again.
