Days Inn by Wyndham Pensacola I-10

This is my 2nt time visiting Received excellent customer service from Amber. Room was cleaned, tidy and comfy. The hot water was kinda glitching for a bit. Peaceful and quiet environment Coffee was 24/7 Lobby was clean and tidy. It’s close to restaurants, stores and gas station.

Whats can I say. I had wonderful and pleasant stay, and they coffee in the lobby, for anyone that love coffee the way I do. Everyone that works there, from housekeeping to the front desk, were always just as nice and helpful as they could have been.

There was thick sticky liquid all over everything. The place was not clean. It was also infested with roaches. When asked to change rooms i was met with attitude and unhelpful staff.

Not as nice as some, but as good as a...pet friendly... motel can get. Continental breakfast could have been better.

Great hotel, in a very convenient location, the rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful with everything! Pool was nice and clean and the property at the hotel was also nice and clean! I'd definitely stay here again and I'd highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Pensacola Florida.

Since I was asked if I would recommend this place to family, only if I absolutely hated them. At check in I was informed I had to leave a 50 dollar cash deposit in case I damaged something. This wasn’t conveyed during booking and I didn’t have 50 in cash on me. Having to find an atm in an unfamiliar place with kids in tow wasn’t on my list of things to do when first arriving at a hotel. Luckily, this was easily remedied but the rest well…This place was awful. The first room had toenails in the floor and the toilet tank was cracked in two. The second room smelled like sewage. If the ac was off you couldn’t smell it, but as soon as the ac clicked on the room started reeking of…well poop. The shower was unusable as there was a large hole in the side that they attempted to plaster over. Not to mention the moldy looking curtain. The people surrounding us decided to have a shouting match the morning after we checked in. Oh, and the keycard didn’t work half the time. That’s super safe when you’re trying to access your room. I finally just gave up with this hotel and left early losing a night’s worth money and missing out on some activities we had planned, but the safety of my kids was more important. Absolutely do not recommend. Skip this place at all costs.

Hard to find but worth the effort. On a dead end street with great parking. Quiet and attentiveness of staff to see to your needs. A good location to other places for meals and several within walking distance. Pet accepted, rooms clean and ice machine works.

U had no problem with checking in or how the room was only thing was the breakfast nothing was a hot breakfast it was pack of 3 chocolate donuts and coffee I don’t drink so false advertising on this hotel

Property needs lots of work, areas are falling apart. Room smelled horrible. Had to switch rooms twice because the doors sensor wouldn’t recognize the key card. Some guests are residents. I wont be back.
