The Voyage Hotel Complex is a single complex in the business and historical center of Penza – on Kirova Street. In the immediate vicinity there are: a unique, the only Museum of one painting in the world, a monument to the First Settler, the Penza Regional Art Gallery named after Savitsky, the Literary Museum, the Penza Regional Museum of Local Lore, the House Museum of the historian Klyuchevsky, the Penza Regional Drama Theater, the center for theatrical art "House of Meyerhold". The hotel complex includes 31 rooms of three different categories and Apartments with their own sauna and swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning, TVs, safes, mini-bar, bathrooms, wi-fi. The interior is decorated in a modern style.
On the ground floor of the hotel complex there is a cozy restaurant for 65 people. The restaurant's menu includes dishes of Russian and European cuisine. Business lunches are held on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. A children's menu is offered.

Отель понравился , ничего лишнего , красивый вид из окна , для меня важно удобная кровать и тишина , все это они мне предоставили , в номере чисто , постельное бельё удобное , расположение отеля удобное , администратор всегда готовая помочь , попросила , полотенце поменяли. Приеду ещё
