An outstanding & well run Hotel that puts the guest experience as No 1 priority. Immaculate presentation throughout with very comfortable rooms & breakfasts that are on a different level to most establishments. Fantastic location & a great base to explore this part of Cornwall. We had a charming room and a wide selection of delicious breakfasts. Our host gave great advice, including excellent restaurant recommendations (they really “got” us). In the lounge we found detailed info on how to use public transportation to get around Cornwall.

This was my first stay at Blue Seas and it certainly will not be my last. From the minute I arrived Fiona and Arnaud were lovely and made me feel very welcome, they are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The room was beautiful with a fantastic sea view and everything was so beautifully decorated making the whole place cosy, and the lovely touches of hand made biscuits every day and a bar of chocolate on arrival were so nice, not to mention the selection of teas and coffee in the room. As for breakfast what can I say, it was superb, with homemade cereals and marmalade, not to mention the pastries, and so many options to pick from with the cooked breakfast. On the day before I travelled home I requested a pickup and again it was amazing with homemade bread with a delicious filling, and cake and bottled water, fruit and a chocolate bar. I can’t recommend this lovely B&B enough, if I could give ten stars I would. Thank you both for a lovely stay and I will be returning.

Returned yesterday from this beautiful and charming guest house. Everything was spot on. So clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb so much choice. Fiona and Arnaud are great hosts so helpful and gave us lots of helpful information. We will be booking for next spring.

Fiona and Arnaud go above and beyond as hosts. The garden and lounge are welcoming. The room was meticulously clean with nice touches like a window seat, plenty of storage space and a little package of cookies left for us each day. The breakfasts were excellent and offered exceptional variety. Fiona provided us with useful information from the moment she greeted us to the morning we left. Fiona and Arnaud make an effort to get to know their guests and to ensure that their stay is the very best.

Not the first time we've stayed at Blue Seas and with good reason! Very welcoming hosts and a superb breakfast, both in terms of variety of food and exceptional standard of cooking. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The location is in easy walking distance of all that Penzance has to offer and short walk to the train station. Highly recommended.
