If you are traveling from other countries be aware of the noises, people play loud music all night. I'm from Colombia exactly from Pereira. Read the reviews first, before you go. I wanted to go with my husband and some friends from the USA but l changed my mind about this place after reading the reviews. I love my country but I hate disrespectful people. PS don't forget that you are in Sur América. We speak Spanish.

This is a delightful old colonial finca property. It is jammed with antique furniture making the rooms are characterful and charming. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The terrace is perfect for meals and the staff are excellent - welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel markets itself as tranquil and respecting the environment - nonsense ! Unnecessarily loud noisy party ruined our stay - music that was so loud until 4.30am ! Despite complaining the noise was never reduced. I have stayed in central Pereira every Christmas since 2007 and am used to loud parties, but this was extraordinary showing no respect for guests, neighbours, the local wildlife. This hotel should be ashamed.

Big disappointment. More than a hotel, this is an events destination. I chose this place because they sell it as quiet and idyllic, but it's the totally opposite. During my stay, they organized loud parties, with people screaming and kids running until around 1 a.m., which totally affected our peace and rest. This is a scam because they know what they are doing. They know parties affect the tranquility of its guests ( its an old house with no soundproofing), but they still keep selling it as a peaceful hotel. It's unfortunate that I didn't pay attention to the similar negative reviews they have, and it's a shame that booking is still selling this property under false advertising. Although the house is beautiful, the entrance road is in very bad shape. Breakfast is just OK, with very limited options. While you are having breakfast, they are preparing for the next party... because they don't care. Never again.

For a boutique hotel, very pricey as this is, the service is terribly poor!! I was recently there 3 nights, for a wedding (on premise)… every morning at breakfast we had to wait for hours to get served; poor choices, and at the end we had to get with whatever they ended up bringing. For sure not the experience of a breakfast of a high standard hotel. In my room, the cieling fan didnt work properly and all they said was: that’s how everyone else sleeps, too bad! Definitley not a recommended experience in terms of cost/benefit for a +$150/night… LOTS to work on service!! On the positive side, the promise is beautiful!

We used this little oasis for a base while touring the coffee region. The hotel manager, Antonio, was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. He spoke English very well, which was especially helpful to me since my high school Spanish was mucho rusty. The breakfast was lovely every morning in the open sided dining area.. And we ate a few other meals there which were delicious. All of the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The grounds are lovely, with an interesting nature hike behind the property. The original furniture adds a unique ambiance, but the bathrooms were modern and attractive.

Tout a déjà été écrit sur ce bel établissement de charme dans un joli cadre, survolé par les avions de 5 h à 23 h. La grande chambre est propre, bonne literie, jolie salle de bains mais pas de sèche cheveux et on dispose de peu de place pour poser ses produits en raison de tout les objets de décoration ! Mauvaise réception de la TV ; Wifi ; 2 bouteilles d'eau mais pas de bouilloire de courtoisie ce qui est surprenant. Il arrive parfois que la vieille clé veuille bien fermer la porte ... !! Les repas copieux sont pris sous la tonnelle ; attention aux virulents moustiques le soir !!! Le personnel est souriant et agréable ; toutefois, pour pouvoir partir à 8 h 30, il faut impérativement se présenter à 7 h et espérer pouvoir regagner la chambre à 8 h... Pour les groupes tenus de respecter un horaire, il y a un réel souci d'efficacité entre la prise de commande et le service. Cet hôtel est en fait très bien pour les réunions familiales ou les vacances.

Honteux ! C'est vraiment la première fois que je vois cela ... L'hôtel se permet de surbooker les chambres et nous annonce à presque 20h qu'on va devoir quitter les chambres parce qu un mariage à lieu le soir même dans l'hôtel.... Comme s'ils n'avaient pas l'information la veille ni même le matin ??? Beaucoup de bruit à cause des avions aussi. Dommage le cadre est très beau, mais cela n'excuse pas tout cela.

Pessima esperienza, abbiamo prenotato 2 notti presso questa struttura tramite booking. Dopo aver completato la prenotazione siamo stati contattati dalla struttura che ci ha proposto di disdire la prenotazione tramite booking e di prenotare direttamente con loro perché così facendo ci avrebbero fatto un upgrade di camera a un prezzo più conveniente. A riguardo ero un po’ diffidente (mai disdire le prenotazioni da Booking) ma mi sono fidato chiedendo comunque che mi inviassero conferma di prenotazione via whatsapp e questa mi è stata regolarmente inviata. Ieri sera al termine del nostro tour quotidiano ci siamo recati in struttura e ci hanno detto che causa overbooking la camera non era disponibile. Vedendomi piuttosto alterato si sono attivati per trovare una soluzione peccato che ci hanno prenotato una camera in un hotel a mezz’ora di auto e per una sola notte (al posti delle due prenotate, mi sono quindi dovuto cercare la successiva notte da solo) Consiglio di diffidare da questi signori che si sono mostrati poco professionali e non curanti dei propri ospiti
