A large master bedroom, a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, outdoor porch with barbacue, make this location perfect both for a family or a couple.
It's sorrounded by olive trees and a nice garden with a swimming pool with a wondeful view over the tuscan country side. You can have your lunch and dinners in the outdoor porch, read a book or drink a glass of wine under the olive tree in front of the house or enjoy the sunset over the tuscany hills form the swimming pool area.
On the property there's a restored farmhouse used as guest house too. Old Barn and Farmhouse have, each, a garden and a swimming pool at their exclusive use.
Emma, the owner, lives on the property in another house at an appropriate distance but still at hand for any need.
