Very good service beautiful room and we enjoyed the food and drink

Me and my partner spent two wonderful weeks in this hotel. It is in a good location right next to the beach, close to the bus stop from which you can get to Ayia Napa and other important places. The hotel is very clean, two swimming pools, one for adults, comfortable rooms stylish bathrooms. Delicious food, large selection, everyone will find something Delicious desserts, good cocktails. Very friendly and helpful staff. The animation team tried to make the guests' time more enjoyable. I can 100% recommend this hotel. Prześlij opinię

What an amazing time at the Pernera beach, everything from day on was perfect, the staff were very helpful and happy, service in the bar and the al a carte restaurants was wonderful.In the buffet restaurants the staff were always happy and helpful. Plenty of sun beds no need to get up early and wait, unless you want one by the adult pool of course. Must say the food was very good too, buffet restaurant had at least 6 dishes that were different everyday, all cooked well and all really hot too. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Well worth a visit.

This has been the 8th time we have stayed at the Pernera Beach Hotel. Another successful stay! Amazing service as always with special mentions going to George at Breakfast, George in Thalassa, Stavros at nighttime, Maria at Lunch / Dinner. Small hiccup with the bar, due to some stupid holidaymakers at the beginning of season you can now only order TWO drinks per person at the bar, to get round this use the service staff who will be happy to bring your drinks to you. Housekeeping was as always pleasant and daily. Maria and the Reception Team came through for us as always with a fantastic room which was spacious, we were worried at first as inland view, BUT, it was the best, because once the sun goes down on the pool you get an extra 3 hours on your balcony because the sun is at the back of the hotel!!! fab!! Hot hot hot! Snack Bar - love her to bits now! I remember years back saying she was scary ha ha but she has been fantastic this time around!! But - I am saving the big mention till last. I have been coming to this hotel since 2016 and this year by far has been the best for the Entertainment Team. I have always enjoyed the entertainment previously but this year - it’s what I would call “Proper” Andre is a breath of fresh air, absolutely brilliant, upbeat, informed, professional, positive and a all round “Entertainer” from shouting “French Bowls” “Water Aerobics” around the pool to shouting “One more time” during club dances to the all important “remembering the guest name” Absolutely brilliant along with Owen and Dominic we have enjoyed their banter and their company throughout. He is the addition to George, Stavros, George & Maria that make the Pernera Beach a guest focused hotel! Brilliant !!! Another great stay - see you hopefully next year !!!

Where do I start?!? One of THE best all inclusive hotels we have stayed in short haul from UK. We booked a sea view suite - great room with a beautiful view. All staff were polite & friendly - a real family feel within staff. Was lovely to hear that many staff had been there for years - some 18+ years! A novelty for the hospitality industry! Food was exceptional for an all inclusive. Not a massive array but that was the best bit, all freshly cooked and v yummy. The Al a carte restaurants were amazing! Andrei in entertainment was great. He knew most guests by first name making us all feel special. Water aerobics made our day - what a laugh! ‘Now let me see the Koukou Move’ We were blessed with perfect weather & managed to hire a speedboat from ‘Wet & Wild’ just around the bay. A must from €120! It was beautiful to witness 3 weddings during our stay, the staff worked so hard to make it perfect for the wedding party. And if you love cats the hotel has some friendly fur babies. All well cared for & neutered. Overall this has been one our favourite holidays & we will deffo return. *Hotel Management* - please don’t change what you are doing. You have for it spot on

Wow what a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time here. The staff are amazing- all so polite and helpful, hotel is spotless, entertainment is great , sunbeds are so comfortable. Having the two pools is a huge plus. A huge variety of food which was all very tasty. I would highly recommend if you want to relax and be looked after. We had an inland room- I personally like an inland room as you get to watch the local going ons and it’s super quiet as no through road. We were recommended by a friend and very thankful for the recommendation.

went here for my daughters wedding so about 20 of us stayed at the hotel, the staff were lovely and friendly, the food was nice, lots of choice, really good drinks menu lots of choice, there is a notice up 2 drinks per person which is hard if you are going for a few, but when the staff get to know you, its all good, it was clean, there was a wedding every day, but they are so well organised it doesn't impact on holiday makers, wedding organiser both at the hotel and from tui were really good, everything ran very smoothly, they made sure everything was ok, the venue after the wedding was lovely, the food spot on and there is a bar, but they do waiter service for the weddings also, we had a fantastic holiday, the pool was lovely plenty of sunbeds and the beach was great. the only downfall was the toilet situation at the wedding venue, you had to go through the dining hall to get to the toilets which was a pain especially for the bride in her dress being cautious nobody spilt anything on you etc, a couple of toilets in the venue would make it perfect, but that was the only downfall i had. i would highly recommend. quick mention we booked hair and makeup for the bride with a trial and it was really good

Absolutely magnificent set up from the minute you arrive up to the moment you depart, this family run hotel has one aim that is customer satisfaction, the attitude of staff members no matter who it my be is first class. This hotel is constantly being cleaned where ever you look,our email request before travelling had an immediate response and on arrival every thing was as we required ,only been home a week and we have booked a return holiday next summer,a truly wonderful establishment thank you all for the time and effort you put in to make this stay so enjoyable

This person susanb who wrote the last review must have either stayed in a different hotel or been drunk when she wrote the review especially stating it was about 4years ago.we have holidayed in Cyprus for the past 30 something years we first stayed at pernera beach1997and1998 it was beautiful then and it is now in between then and now it has only got better after staying in various hotels in various locations we decided in 2019 to return to pernera beach twice and every year since this hotel should be five stars from walking through the door you are made to feel welcomed from reception to rooms to public area is immaculately clean staff are second to none food both in the buffet restaurant and the a la carte is lovely we have also stayed at end of season and the service you get is just the same as the rest of season so well done pernera beach we will see you next year 2025cant wait if you are thinking of booking do it i guarantee you won't be disappointed this is a truly honest review.
