Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Amazing place for holiday. Excellent hotel, very clean, cosy. Bed comfortable. Area around hotel clean, and nice with flowers and beautiful views. Food delicious, all drink make from branded alkohol only asks fresh fruits + mint. Stuff very friendly. SPA grate to take care about ourself, Christina and Barbara are prefect massagers. It was for me first time in Cristal Spring Hotel but not last time. In my opinion hotel deserved 5* Pool restaurant also provide food la carta with amazing views

A truly excellent hotel, with staff service exemplary, some of the best I've experienced. Wonderful peaceful location, with a lovely quiet ,clean beach, beautiful gardens and pool area. The location is slightly out of Protaras bit there are buses nearby and a few shops within walking distance. The food is good quality and has plenty of choice although can be a little " samey", however the all inclusive packages are incredible value, with premium drinks included and not much higher than BB rates so you will save a lot v eating out especially for dinner. Its not a 5 star hotel , but an excellent 4 star one - but what they do in the price band is exceptional , particularly the lovely staff and level of service . Would return and that is a rare for us !

Adan was wonderful when we arrived, he was professional, helpful and wonderfully friendly. I was concerned when I realised it was a male therapist however Adan put me at ease, explained the treatment and that should I feel uncomfortable at any time I can ask for the treatment to stop. Giovanni did an amazing job of talking me through the treatment, exactly what they would be doing and why. He made me feel comfortable and safe which meant I could replace and enjoy my treatment. I had the golden hour treatment and glow and flow facial. I came out feeling ready to enjoy the sun and relax. Giovanni was respectful and skilled. I have already booked a back massage for tomorrow. Cannot recommend the spa enough, and Giovanni is a very professional and skilled therapist…

Our Welcome at this hotel was already the best form of hospitality we ever experienced. Our luggage was driven to our room so we had to carry nothing and were guided by the reception staff through all the facilities of the hotel. Our room had a direct sea view and access to the beach. Mind blowing! The rooms were clean and very big. it did not feel like a hotel room but rather like a small apartment. The food was excellent and had a lot of variety esspecially indian food which we love, But the Best about our stay was the very friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. Thanks especially to Kamla (Boathouse) who gave us the best boat tour (Five Island tour) of our life with Mauritours. A boat tour that we will never forget our whole life. Many thanks also to the Captain Arno and his staff that gave us such a wonderful experience. The boathouse is based at the hotel beach and offers a lot more activities for free such as watersports and a glass boat tour where you can see the underwater world. There are some names that we still remember so we want to thank them here: Raj, Asha, Vivi, Amrita, Anna, Aman, Deepa, Darshini, Ashwin, Sam. If we have forgotten to mention someone then please excuse us because each and everybody deserves to be mentioned dhere for extrem hospitalitiy and extraordinary service. We will come back as soon as possible. 100% recommendation !

Where do I start with this hotel. We booked based on the reviews and we're intrigued whether it lived up to the hype and boy did it!!! The hotel is immaculate, the food and drink offer is exceptional and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough. Arrival You are greeted by George who clearly is proud of his job and the hotel and he makes you instantly feel welcome and welcomes you as friends. Big shout out to him. Pool area Plenty of beds to choose from. The staff around the pool will help you move beds if you need additional. Note. Beds round the pool do go earlier than others but there are loads around the gardens and if you fancy the beach, you can rent one at a small price. Food Didn't get to try the Meze but the guests I spoke with who did said it was amazing. So much food to spoil you for choice and worth it. Meat meme Tues to Thurs and fish Friday to Sunday, not open Monday. Buffet Al la carte was simply lovely. So much choice and varieties that covers even the fussiest of eaters. The pool bar is amazing. We expected snack food but they came out as meals, I even asked if it was part of the all inclusive because of the value you get Drinks Wow!! Never have I ever been offered so much choice and premium choice at that. Again, nothing is ever a chore snd they cater to your needs. The drinks are that good, you never feel the need to over indulge because the drinks are enjoyable and strong Rooms We had a sea view room. With an 11 year old, it was a little tight with a double and single but it did the job!! It's basically somewhere to change and sleep so I didnt lose any over it . Rooms were kept clean and 2 maid service a day. We didn't need the 2nd visit to have the beds turndown so you can say do not disturb if you don't want this. Entertainment Daytime entertainment was run by Louigi and was great. He catered to our needs and the weather as it got very warm and volleyball was hard to play. He was playful and we had great banter with him so really thank you!! In the evening you have your standard mini disco and various singers, dancers etc. To be honest we only watched a few of these but what we saw was ok. We were more than happy playing games as a family in the other bar near the entrance. Special staff mentions Young guy (sorry forgot his name) in the hotel bar. Really great guy, friendly and knew our drinks by the 2nd day. Again, couldn't do enough. Louigi, he really cares about the guests and wants them to have a good time. Takes time to talk to you and get to know you. George pool bar, must be the happiest guy in the world. He really makes you happy just being in his presence. Anastasia, she was lovely and such a lovely waitress. Again, she spent time taking and getting to know you. George, reception. Lovely welcome and can see why he is front of desk to greet you!! However, all staff were great but can't remember everyone's names. Sorry This hotel is out of the way so you're not near any bars or main strips b

this review may be soon out of date as the hotel is planning a major renovation/expansion. positives - very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, lovely semi-private beach right by the hotel. all day bar and restaurant by the pool was excellent. negatives - breakfast was excellent, lunch was good (sushi available) but dinner buffet did disappoint, with too many average dishes. the theme nights underwhelmed, eg Asian night featured something that claimed to be sweet and sour chicken, but it was a long way from what it claimed to be. you are also somewhat isolated, location wise. no local water sports, no really local shops or restaurants. Protaras is quite a way away.
