Toxotis Hotel

Although this is not the type of holiday we have taken over the years, an all inclusive holiday booked through EasyJet, our stay here was fantastic. This is due to Dimitri and his staff for making it a very pleasant experience and a holiday to remember. Other reviews have said the food quality is that of a 4 or 5 star hotel - we would whole heartedly agree with this. The bedrooms were very clean with very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was an added bonus as was the balcony, fridge and kettle. The pool/outside bar area was lovely - a great place to relax. Look forward to returning.

We have just got back from here and had the best holiday, check in was easy and offered a ham and cheese sandwich as we arrived late. The rooms were spacious 2 beds and a pull out for our family of 3. A free safe to use and a fridge in the room. Cleaned and fresh towels daily. Yes the water goes everywhere when you have a shower we just put towels down. Absolutely no sunbed wars which was great the kids went in the pools from the moment they got up. The water slides are turned on between 10 and half 10. The food was good not a huge choice but always something even for picky eaters. And the pool bar did snacks that were cooked to order between 3 and 5. The beach is less than 10 minute walk from the hotel and has beautiful walk along the coast to protaras which only takes about 30 minutes. Hands down the most friendly staff at any place I have ever stayed especially the gentlemen that takes the drinks order over lunch and dinner he's a credit to the hotel.

Overall I am very satisfied with the holiday, same as my family. I did ready before that rooms are tiny but it’s enough for a family of 2 + 1. You only sleep there ;) but the beds could be softer. Staff is very friendly, always polite and smiley. They are doing the atmosphere so good! Demetri welcomes all the guests, is very open, friendly to talk and remembers them too which is nice. The man behind a pool bar (longer hair) is also very very polite and positive, gives great advised what to see. The two brothers in the restaurant are very friendly too. The whole crew in general was great and there was not a person to let the team review down! Swimming pool is enough with the size and clean water, the sunbeds are very comfortable. The slides are fun too. Checking the other comments that there is not much food I honestly disagree. The selection is just perfect, not too much but food is fresh and tasty and you always find something to choose from. Breakfasts are very tasty too. Vegetables and salads are really delicious! Location is great, in a walking distance to the beach but also some attractions. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel too but would recommend a car to see more and save some time too :) The gym is more for athletes/ lifters as it’s quite old fashion but if you do weights would be enough. We didn’t experience any activities/entertainment as there were non during our stay but did have a violinist one night and she was great, played very very well. In general it’s a nice and friendly place to stay at.

The staff are amazing! Dimitri looked after everyone and Costas the barman, along with the brothers are amazing! The whole team are so welcoming, the food was amazing, the pool is lovely! The kids loved the water slides! The hotel is right on a bus route to go to paralimni or Ayia Napa! An amazing time had by us all! We look forward to coming back again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s a 3 star hotel and we found a very good deal, we were not expensive it to be so nice. The staff is amazing, all very kind and helpful, especially the restaurant and bar. We got to the hotel late and the person at reception gave us a sandwich, which was better than not (which happened to me in a couple of trips to the balearics recently). The room was clean, with a nice pool view. The rooms and especially the bathroom do need updating, and more shelves/ hangers. There’s no hairdryer, but i read that before in other reviews, so i brought one. There’s also no beach towels, don’t forget to bring one or the shop down the road sells them for around 7€. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed. I don’t get why people are saying they flooded the bathroom, I have very long hair and i washed it everyday with just a few splashes. The food was great, it’s not a massive buffet, but we always enjoyed what was on offer. It was all very tasty and well seasoned. The fruit was delicious. The bar is really nice, very nicely decorated. The cocktails are okay, there’s plenty of choice. We had our water bottles and the staff very kindly refilled it for us throughout the day, either at the pool bar or the restaurant. Nice touch for inviting your guests for a poolside dinner on their last night. The pool are was nice and clean, with plenty of chairs. Luckily we are early risers and the first ones in the water, but the chairs do get taken pretty early by people that don’t come to the pool until 11am or later, the hotel (or hotels in general) should do something about it. Same about the numerous amount of adults playing in the water with balls, it’s not very relaxing to have to worry about not being hit in the face by a volleyball all morning. The playlist was very repetitive. We really liked the aqua zumba for a bit of fun. The male lifeguard was very nice, always interacting with the guests. I am not a very big fan of hotel entertainment In general, this one had a few days where the singers were good. The location is excellent, in a not very busy area, as i am not a fan of the aya napa vibes. There’s some bars and pubs with live music. There’s some restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel (greek, mexican etc). The beach is beautiful, crystal clear water with some pebble when you get in but then it’s sand. We really liked the shop/supermarket down the road near the pub on the way to the beach, lots of choices of souvenirs, drinks, snacks, etc and very good prices. The hotel needs some improvements, it could easily become a 4 star hotel,and in general we had a great time and would most definitely go back! Amazing hotel with very good food. The stuff take care about guests, specially Dimitris from restaurant really takes care about atmosphere there, always clean and u can just feel the high level I guess thanks to him . Guys from bar very kind, I will remember the most kindness Gino with smile on his face and the lifeguard also always positive. Very nice place, I always felt that I’m important here until the last minute, even after I needed to leave the room but still could stay here to the last moment.
