I arrived 25th march for my 2 night stay check in was smooth which I like and friendly staff then I arrived at my room which was on the top floor which was bad due to no disabled access for residents with mobility issues so had to climb 3 floors of stairs and the room itself was basic which majority of hotels are and had basic necessities kettle and tea and coffee sachets bathroom was not bad with shower over bath.bed was a king size bed with 2 singles the king size was like sleeping on bricks the pillows were basic and not hotel quality which offered no lumbar or neck support whatsoever when I left the room to go out for breakfast and do what I had planned on wed 26th march and return later on that night the cleaning hadn’t been done tea and coffee’s were not restocked cups not washed and replaced rubbish not removed. Therefore it is my expert opinion that this establishment can not and will not go beyond a 1* hotel as a lot of things need to be changed like wheelchair and disabled access,daily cleaning service,proper check in and check out system,removal of curfew as hotel can not work hours they want whenever they feel like it as the hotel industry is a 24/7 gig. The sooner this hotel realizes that the better hopefully changes happen soon as I will not be staying there again and will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
