Room is small but enough for me stay for one night. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is good. The hotel connects the city centre with a bridge, you can enjoy stunning views on the bridge.

Totally what you expect from a guest house. Ability to book ground floor room with easy, secure access. Room was comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was exceptional with full cooked options including porridge, fresh homemade muffins....so much from the owners garden such as tomato and chives, etc. Owners are passionate about being hosts. Located an easy walk from downtown the road is busy but road noise was minimal. If being dropped off beware of the curb outside as there is parking at the door, just beware it maybe easier to drive past and turn around. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here. My son and myself travelled up from Suffolk/Norfolk for the touring cars at Knockhill. Lovely breakfast and great hosts. Great full Scottish. Lovely roomy house with good size dining area and lounge. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Perth.

Just back after staying for the Rewind Festival. I don't ever stay in guest houses, so I eas a bit sceptical, but I can honestly say my stay at Hazeldeane Guest House was better than any hotel We were made to feel very welcome, and our room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Freshly cooked breakfast or a choice of continental breakfast... cooked to perfection. I never got to say thank you before I left Thank you 😊 P Creith

Very comfortable and clean room but unfortunately let down by the breakfast where I found 3 hairs on my lorne sausage beside my poached eggs. When queried was advised that they weren't hairs belonging to them so must hv come from the supplier. But they should hv noticed before serving to me.

This gem of a place is situated a short walk out of the centre of Perth and had off road parking. We did opt to park across the road on a side street as all but one of the spaces were taken at the front. We then were told about the car park at the rear of the property too. Please bear this in mind when staying. Our car was perfectly safe where it was so not an issue at all. Rob was very welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a room fronting the busy road which was noisy but not too bad by the time we went to bed. Breakfast was delicious with various items to choose from and an abundance of tea and coffee if needed. We left the place rested, full and very pleased with our choice.

A very clean room and ensuite with a great shower. Excellent bed and linen. Breakfast was perfect with friendly service. We found the accommodation quiet even though it was located on a busy road. An enjoyable stay and would recommend.

2nd stay at this guesthouse and would stay again. We had room 7 which was spacious and comfortable, last time we stayed in the annexe which was also great. Breakfast fantastic, freshly baked bread, home made jam, great choice of food. Plenty parking at front and to rear. Easy 15 minute stroll to centre of Perth. Stayed for 3 nights as at festival which was great as return bus stops at end of road. Great hosts.

We spent four nights at Hazeldene Guest House and quite frankly our only disappointment was having to leave. Both Rob and Glenda are brilliant hosts, their Guest House is very clean and well co-ordinated, perfect location as only 12 minutes walk into the city centre, a very tasty and good choice for breakfast (lovely breakfast pots) and our bed felt like we were sleeping in a cloud. Thankyou Rob and Glenda.
