European Hotel recensioner

I don’t recommend this hotel! We didn’t have a good experience with the manager and staff of the hotel. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to a later date which was out of our control. They didn’t accept to 1. refund our first night we booked but we couldn’t use due to flight cancellation or 2. To change the date, so we had to pay for the new night after the rescheduled flight …they saying that this is the policy full stop, no commercial gesture from their end and they are not flexible at all. In addition, the hotel is very old and not that cheap and their location is not good (didn’t feel safe). So I recommend that you look for a hotel chain or others that would be better. We definitely regret to book here based on previous (+) reviews on trip.com!

The location is very convenient, walking distance to both underground Perth and Perth station. Hotel is good size and comfortable enough for stay. Reception staff are generally friendly and approachable. Daily Room Make up is prefect too. Shopping mall, food, supermarkets are just next streets. I will come back again during my next visit.

Everything was very pleasant, the service and location was very wonderful. The lift was very helpful as moving my mum around with the wheelchair was manageable. A couple of steps to cope along the way to the room but still able to move about if you take your time.

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is good for the CBD and transport links, but the street itself has a fair few empty commercial properties and signs of homelessness nearby. The room was OK, didn't have a room safe. Most of the room was clean enough but the carpet could have done with a thorough steam clean-there were a couple of stains.

5 mins Walking distance from perth train station or Mciver station. Easy to access cafe, shopping centre and restaurants.

Lovely stay in an old fashioned hotel. Fortunately reception allowed a last minute extension of my stay to allow my friend to pick me up in the afternoon.

The location is excellent walking distance to Perth Station. Close to the mall, shops, can walk to Woolworths for affordable groceries, halal food (Karache), chemist warehouse. But everything closed early at 7pm. The hotel did not provide any mineral water or water dispenser. Sometimes there are homeless people loitering around the area.

A very pleasant stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean ,spacious room with very comfortable bed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer at level 2 laundry room .Per cycle cost AUD $4.Shops, Train station, busport ,restaurant and free CAT buses (blue and red line) just round the corner from the hotel. There is a halal restaurant opposite the hotel .

Im staying here for 4 nites . Everything good here , close to city n CAT bus . Many restaurants around & only walking distance to city / mall . Homeless people are around the hotel but the hotel main door is locked for their guests safety . The cafe attached served good breakfast n can have 10% discount . Ill stay here again for next visit

Love it! Its clean and good location. The staff were all friendly too.

Nothing flash, but safe, secure and in city Price was the best in town and surrounded with food outlets

Really nice stay, thoroughly enjoyed it and would reccomened.
