Being around a university means slower and younger vibes. Love the area since we were there for a night on a weekend. The room was huge and everything is good. Love the balcony for sure.
It didn’t come with toiletries, not sure if it can be requested. Cleanliness wise, a bit upset that we found an underwear (not sure used or not), at the back of the sofa… Disturbing but negligible.
Also they have a rooftop area but doesn’t seem to be accessible…

Location is good. Spacious for our family of 4. Need to walk a bit to town for food and to Elizabeth quay. The aircon and heater makes quite a big noise and can affect the the light sleepers. There is also just one aircon in the whole apartment. Means the rooms only have fans. Parking bag provided which is nice
