Rieser - Achensee Resort

I have been all around Europe and most of the world and have stayed in such a beautiful place! The hotel and all of the staff were outstanding in every single way. The whole experience was faultless and the cleanliness was absolutely spotless. The restaurant and wellness centre were fabulous. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for perfection and total tranquility and relaxation.

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and it won’t be the last. We booked one of the new suites which was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Plus lovely extras such as a sliding screen from the bathroom onto the bedroom so that you could lie in the bath and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and also motion sensor nIghtlights that came on as soon as you stepped out of your bed which gave a much appreciated guide to the toilet at night. Well worth the upgrade. The food was superb with a wide choice of dishes during our stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa treatments were excellent too. A perfect place to stay for the very active or for the more senior less active like us. Highly recommended.

the food in the hotel is excellent! the atmosphere wonderful. children can play. they have an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. the spa is amazing, with a lot of sauna's and different kind of massages. super clean and confy! nice staff, friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed the gastronomic food, beautiful wellness and picturesque Pertisau. The staff were as always, very friendly and helpful. Every holiday at Hotel Rieser feels like coming home to friends or even family. It is enjoying every day on all levels !

Good service. Good Spa. Medium Food quality but lots of choices. Clean rooms with a couple of possible improvements. Very good Gym. After building another house the hotel got big and the coat charm is gone. Earning money y providing good service is a strategy which is being implemented here. If someone looks for a quieter place with personal touch in service - this hotel is an option but certainly alternatives should be considered. Good stay if you can accept many guests arround you and you can live with usual food quality. Beverages are for free from 6 to 18.00

This was our first visit to the Rieser Achensee Resort and it was nothing but a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience in this luxury hotel run by the wonderful Rieser family. We went with our two teenage daughters and the resort and local area offer so much to see and do in an exceptionally beautiful area situated between the mountains and close to the Achensee. During our ten day stay we took cable cars up into the mountains for hikes, cycled along the lake, visited the Old Town in Innsbruck (about 45 minutes by car) and relaxed at the resort making good use of the pools, including a small lake in which you can swim! The staff are all very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent, especially the choice and quality of the evening meals. We celebrated two birthdays at the hotel and we were impressed with the unprompted personal touch. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to return.
