We had the most amazing 7 night stay at the Bank Hotel at the end of October. Our room was stunning! High ceilings, plenty of space. Fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. Cleaning was exceptional. We had a large window that overlooked the busy square, so nice for people watching. TV was great, with the option to change channels to English speaking. The huge bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. We heard no noise from either the windows or other rooms. Shower was huge ! Toiletries were of a good quality and topped up each day. Breakfast was served in the main hotel opposite. Staff at Breakfast were so kind and served all types of coffee on request. Pastries, cereal, fruit, waffles & eggs were beautiful and re stocked regularly. Staff in the Locanda Della Posta provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and were always polite. The Bank Hotel in our opinion is perfectly positioned. The Mini Metro is just behind which takes you to the main train station where you can do many day trips. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay. It certainly was a highlight of our 3 week trip.

I stayed at the Bank Hotel in early May 2024 since Locanda della Posta was full. Apparently, the hotel had just opened about 10 days before our arrival and so was still working through the details. Some things to know: there was no hotel signage so I walked to the top floor of the building in search of the hotel before crossing the street to Locanda to find out where the rooms were. There’s actually no reception at the Bank. The hotel should share this upon booking. Our door didn’t lock properly so someone had to come fix it, and the light switches didn’t all work properly so we had a difficult time turning on and off the lights. I have no doubt these details will be worked out over time. I just wish we had a warning. The positives: our room looked out over the town square and beautiful Perugian rooftops. We could see the sunset in the evening. The room was spacious and a great size for two friends. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was large and well appointed. I look forward to returning in the future.

Situé a 3 mn de l'hôtel, sur la piétonne qui traverse la vieille ville dans un vieux immeuble bourgeois. Les deux derniers étages forment la dépendance. Accès par un ascenseur. Les chambres sont vastes, modernes et hyper confortables. Literie exceptionnelle. Salle de bains hyper moderne. Propreté irréprochable. Vue sur la place. Bonne insonorisation. The et café a discrétion. Frigo et coffre. Tv et wifi poussif du aux travaux encore en cours. Tous les monuments sont a 5 mn. Le buffet du petit déjeuner a 15 euros servi a l'hotel est exceptionnel ! Personnel competent et agréable.
