I recently stayed at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel. While the location is quite far from the city center, the hotel itself offers a comfortable and pleasant experience with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. During my stay, I had lunch at their Chinese restaurant, Yue. I ordered the abalone fried rice, which was absolutely delicious — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. However, my dining experience was marred by a strong tobacco smell coming from the nearby cigar lounge. This was highly disappointing and clearly a poor design choice to place a cigar lounge on the same floor as two restaurants. It negatively impacted what could have been a perfect meal. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking comfort and quality service, but the cigar lounge placement is a serious flaw that management should reconsider to enhance the dining atmosphere.

Celebrated birthday at Sheraton PJ. They gave a complimentary cake on the day of my birthday. Overall experience was good. Downside will be the location, can be confusing for first timers driving in, as the entrance is at a narrow corner which is easily missed out. Have to detour a big round if missed.

Asked for a paper prata at breakfast and got this marvellous and delicious Joe’s specialty prata. Delish. Concierge at Ground Level and Reception at Level 3. One side lifts to rooms and other side from Reception to G and Parkings. Very friendly staff and spacious clean rooms.

Good sized gym at the top floor with a good view. However, there were signs of aging in the amenities. The towels were not soft and fluffy as they should be fitting of a five star establishment. The sofas in the lobbies are sagging and showing signs of weariness. But it was still an excellent 3-day stay overall.

First impression the lobby felt small, the room amenities were adequate compared to other Sheraton properties in other countries, and the location is convenient if you want to stay in Petaling Jaya.

The rooms were good. Clean and big and luxurious. However the facilities were lacking for me. It didn't have a suana or a spa and the gym should have at least a Smith press machine and one less cardio machine

Hotel is very nice but the location is hard to get due to the bridge being hard to find.

Always Friendly and courteous staff. Cafe = Nice Ambience & Buffet Breakfast with many varieties of food.

Throughout our three-day stay, the room service exceeded our expectations, with each meal being not only tasty but also delivered promptly. While the pool was a bit on the smaller side, it was still a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, the hotel staff's politeness and attentiveness truly stood out, making our celebration even more memorable. Overall, our experience at Sheraton PJ was nothing short of exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel provided a luxurious stay in the heart of Petaling Jaya. The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable bedding and stunning city views. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and infinity pool, were top-notch. Dining options were excellent, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended for a luxurious escape in Petaling Jaya.

I asked for simple birthday note for my daughter but Sheraton team decorated the room for us. This little action and services they provided make my daughter so happy and gave her unforgettable birthday celebration. Services definitely excellent. I will come back again with my family. Highly recommended!!!
