Royale Chulan the Curve recensioner

Day 1 - only 1 towel available, stains on bedsheet, no phones on bedside, air conditioning noises so loud we had to move to another room at 11pm. Day 2 - broken safe, phone out of order, stains on bedsheets, counter top in toilet moulded, toilet lights black out twice!!! The only good thing about this hotel is the location, nothing else! Worst experience I’d ever had!

I stayed one night at Royal Chulan with my friends & we took the family suite. The rooms were very comfortable & spacious and so is the bathroom. Breakfast spread was good & delicious.

The room was clean, the staff was very good mannered. The location is very good, near the shopping mall. The breakfast was good too.

The staff is friendly and the room is spacious. Have been staying in this hotel for multiple times due to the good location. Just that the parking is no longer free anymore.

Old setup, looks like the rooms are from the 90’s, very basic. Super convenient to get food and walk the malls!

Very clean, provide everything. Dont have to bring your toiletries. There's a durian stall beside the hotel. You can eat there. The price is way cheaper that the stall outside for Musang king. Walking distance to every shopping mall.

Location & Amenities: We loved the hotel's location. It's conveniently connected to the mall, making everything easily accessible by foot. The restaurant was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines, from Western dishes to local specialties. Parking: The only downside was the parking service. While the cost is reasonable at less than RM10 for 24 hours, it's still inconvenient and can affect the overall vacation experience. We believe the hotel management and The Curve should consider offering complimentary parking or more flexible options for their hotel guests to enhance their stay.

Nice hotel. Near to shopping malls

Second time here. Location location location. First time we booked 2 rooms, requested for connecting rooms. However we were given a so called family room (1 bed room apartment, living room turned into a bedroom), layout was poor and we had to share the bathroom! Second time, we stayed as we had to attend a night wedding near the hotel. We were given the room facing e-curve. It was noisy with music until 10pm as e-Curve was having food festival. The room was smelly, most prob due to sewere or water leakage from the old pipping.

I love this hotel because of the location is very good. Near the mall and the food is also good

Fancy spending New Year Eve or special occasion or just a staycation? Then Royale Chulan the Curve will be the place. Surrounded by shopping malls, celebrations went on through midnight. The fireworks display was a scene to behold. After a leisure New Year day breakfast, just hop over to the malls or relax. Will definitely book again. However, I experienced an over zealous housekeeping staff who asked me twice if I were checking out (when I went for breakfast and shopping). It was quite creepy when people could observe guests going in and out. Gave my feedback regarding this matter to the reception / checkout counter.
