Nice to stay. The place very nice and nearby restaurant, starbucks and bank. Recommended

Great location. Cleanliness was good. We stayed in a family room which was a good size for a family with 2 adults and 2 children. We got to check in earlier with an extra RM30, which is great as our flight landed early in the morning. The air conditioning was not working and they have offered to change us to two individual rooms that are adjacent. That’s no deal for us a family with two young children. Asked for a fan instead as we’re only staying for a night, but there isn’t one available. The water heater didn’t work when we got back into the hotel in the evening. We didn’t need hot shower but it would’ve help with the water pressure. Staff was friendly and offered to help but whoever they’re calling to make decision can’t help to resolve. We didn’t make too much fuss as we’re just there for a night.

Booked for my two staff and they claimed the room is dirty and didn’t even want to stay there.

Room have bad smell , cockroach laying egg. Not a good place to stay. Have bug bed.

It was a nice stay here. Unfortunately, the room is too small and not spacious for the family. The toilet is too small and there's not enough space to hang pur clothes and we are force to change our clothes outside the toilet and hopefully they will provide more selection of tv channel too. As they were just one channel in the tv.

Budget hotel for short stay , pretty easy and close to starling mall

At 1st I was assigned to 3rd floor but d door unable to open due to battery flat, was instructed to change room at 3rd floor also at other block…. With my leg pain I have to climb up and down …. I really hope the management do a proper maintenance to avoid such incidents. Further the room service only done every 2 days, at other hotel/inn they do daily with same rate

I was transferred to another establishment nearby cos they overbooked. Good, clean room with basic amenities. No frills. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. Room on third floor. No lift/ elevator.

Good location and convenient.

Budget friendly but no hairdryer

The family room consists of 2 double beds. Convenient as it is situated at uptown pj with a lot of restaurants and cafes around.

Can stay without any expectations

The room is dirty, not same with picture, the access card cannot be used, no hairdryer, need to carry 2 people luggage to second floor, The only thing can accept is the car parking. Overall is bad and strongly not recommend.

recommend if u looking for budget accommodation, generallyl acceptable
