Good location and easy access to food and beverage. Friendly customer service. Simple and nice breakfast provided. The only thing is the toilet got smelly a bit.

Hard to find parking as only have 10 spaces for the guests. Sambal and fried chicken are nice to eat during breakfast.

Only there for a night, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included but I din have the time to eat before i left.

Service for check in and check out was efficient & staff is friendly. Staff informed breakfast location & time, and how to park our car at basement. We enjoyed the simple breakfast of toast, nasi lemak, fry bihun, coffee or tea or cordial orange. Room was clean.

near one utama mall,just walk about 6,7 mins For food, there are shops nearby. this time I booked for 3person 1 room, room is smaller than my first stay 2person 1room I think it will be crowded because of Chinese New Year.

Conveniently close to One Utama shopping mall, this hotel offers clean rooms, a delicious breakfast, and excellent service. Great value for money—highly recommended! I’ll be back!

The hotel is a small hotel with i would say complete amenities. Clean room, strategic location, parking available and lift. For the price, I would say it ia very recommended. Breakfast is also available. Only downside is the space. Rooms are a bit small hut nevertheless, for solo traveller, its still ample. Very nice hotel to stay for the night 👍🏻👍🏻

A nice hotel, near to 1 Utama as my objective is to go to Chinese Muslim Food Festival. Clean hotel. Thanks to honest and friendly staff. They called me told that we left our power bank in the room and they keep at receptionist till my son get it. Thank you for the excellent service.

The hotel has strategic location with only 5 mins drive to One Utaman shopping mall. Food was great and great value for money.

Initially I was glad to have booked this room on Trips, com due to its attractive pricing. However upon checked in, both my elderly husband and I were upset at the ambience of the room and more so at the bathroom / toilet located at 1 higher step. So that is no safety feature especially for seniors. I requested from reception to change the room with bathroom on levelled floor but need to pay for an upgrade. Overall maintenance needed improvement as sink was leaking, doors need repair. Hope the beddings are sanitised due to itches on my body and couldn't sleep properly. Staff are friendly but I got the feeling that the management/managerial presence is lacking. Breakfast provided is fine.
