I was surprised that this hotel is super clean and staff friendly & good service. I will introduce to my friend to stay here & I will come next time Tq

Overall room is clean n tidy, is a residential area, car park also easy to park, self check in and out machine, short vacation can consider this boutique.

Convenient and good hotel. Need transport as it is quite far from public transport and eateries

A bit difficult to find this hotel if first time. But it is unique. This hotel basically underground (basement). All using check in check out machine. Overall okay. Just can hear person walking at the corridor. For someone who need privacy or need quiet place, it is not suitable due to this. But overall for the price, location, service, recommended

I like the parking space.. private, spacious and free. The room is quite ok for the price but not sound proof. At night can be noisy with people chatting at nearby rooms. The check in and check out process is smooth with the machine but there’s a staff to assist. Definitely will come again. Worth the price

Nice place to stay. The room is clean. Very convenient place to go around. Price is reasonable. Quiet and comfortable to sleep 😴 💤 Overall rate 8/10

location is a bit quiet and check in and check out is by machine. i didnt drive but calling grab and grab driver never enter to the pickup point so i have to work all the way out from building. they wount give sandals and teeth brush unless you request at the counter. I happen to be around when they are having room cleaning service. they throw all the rubbish on floor from dustbin and swept it all away from bathroom to entrance and so the floor ended up is not so clean even had swept it.

I like this hotel because it's is in the middle of KL. Easy to find food and quite place to stay.

Service : Good and fast. You can just self check in here which is very convenient. Price : Relatively cheap given its prime location.

Strategic location, nearby one utama mall and lots of food places available here. Room is quite nice, suitable for short trip. Great service by staff. This is our second stay here. We opt for this place whenever we need a transit before our business trip. Now they have kiosk for self check in and out which is great. Will have this on our fav option.

The washroom is worn down where there were rust, needs replacement.

Simple and nice. Near to 1 Utama shopping mall.

Very quite environment and peaceful. Good for married couple.
