Royale Chulan Damansara recensioner

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. The hygiene standards were unacceptable from the moment I entered the room. The bedsheets were visibly dirty, with strands of hair left on the linens, clearly not changed or cleaned thoroughly. To make matters worse, the cups provided had stains—which is shocking for a hotel that positions itself as a premium stay. The shower area was poorly designed and leaked so badly that the entire toilet floor was flooded, making it unsafe and uncomfortable to use. The air-conditioning was non-functional, and despite calling the front desk five times, no technician came to address the issue. It was frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the hot, humid weather. To top it off, I had arranged for an airport pickup service through the hotel, which never showed up, and no one even followed up. This speaks volumes about the lack of coordination and professionalism in the hotel’s management. This stay was a complete letdown. I expected basic cleanliness and functioning amenities, but was met with negligence and apathy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.
