I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Pleasant Stay Near to IKEA,IPC, The Curve, Lotus etc walking distance. Don't confused with Royale Chulan The Curve as we did.

Have been staying here multiple times. Overall good hospitality, room always ready upon check in. Just a safety concern that the lift doesn’t require card scanning to access to room floors.

A spacious hotel room and grand lobby, but the room bed and other furnitures are very old, suggesting to improve or change to new furnitures.

Very bad experience to stay over there , no one inform us the club lounge not open , when I check in only let me know have breakfast in coffee shop and afternoon tea set in room , I asked them also have two piece Landry per day and I gave them the Landry to wash and I keep chasing them until my checked out time the Landry is back to me since I no time to check because I need to go to airport when I back home unpack my luggage I find my shirt have other colour on it , so I not expected my clothes to wash and return me like this really not a 5 star hotel standard

Very smooth n warmth check in & out.. The reception staff were friendly n polite.. The room was spacious n clean.. Convenient location close to major attractions..

All okay . Breakfast sedap . Tapi sini punya breakfast i love sgtt .

Hotel service good, staff friendly, breakfast selection was also good! However, the hotel is quite old, its facilities seems outdated, it should be changed or added some items ! Hotel in a not so convenient location, we should call grab or taxi to go everywhere!

I feel like Royale Chulan is loosing its touch. The hotel us big and at a great location. However l, i feel like the maintenance is poor. The room looks majestic as always but the furnitures can use some polish and sorts. Its really worn out. And the hallway is poorly ventilated and smells wet. The tv in the room is also really small and maybe can use some update. Nevertheless my stay was good and the hotel just needs abit of update.

The location was great! The service is not up to a 5-star standard as they do not have a pillow menu. On top, the room is quite run down but the good thing is they are still clean.

Stay because of the location near to The Curve. However, internal building walkway already close and need to walk thru outdoor pedestrian walkway. So little bit far to go to the mall. Overall is OK. But breakfast, does not have varieties of food
