Booked for 2 adults and 1 teenager and it’s a family suites. But need to request for additional person’s towel, blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. Location is strategic if you are using MRT go around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor as just next door.

Several small ants are located around the toilet, hand washing area, and the smell of the room isn't very pleasant. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Rather than that, the staff and location are good.

Hotel location is convenient and the room is clean. However, there are not enough parking spaces. When I returned to the hotel after dinner, all the parking lots were full, and I had to park by the roadside next to the hotel.

Overall stay was good, a little over priced. Location is convenient as near to metro station. Drinking water was outside the room. Tap’s aerator was missing hence water was splashing.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel wasn't the best. The room was quite small, and the bathroom was connected without any proper separation, which caused water to overflow into the room area. Poor air circulation also made the stay uncomfortable. While the staff were fairly friendly, the location was quite isolated and made it difficult to find food nearby. Overall, I didn’t feel it was worth the price. Sorry, this is my first time leaving a negative review, but I hope it helps others.

Next to Sri Damansara barat MRT station. Just few station away from Kepong where you can find lots of local delicacies. Bed is really comfortable and come with extra bolster. Breakfast is normal. Only bad is toilet is small. I am staying in queen room. The toilet is small and the water flow out during bath. I requested extra floor map to absord the excessive water. Hotel should think a way to solve the issue.

Front Office personnel besides Yogi are amiable, helpful with check-in, and attentive to requests. Housekeeping is a little slack in cleaning up the room especially the floor other than these little details. Breakfast is served daily almost within expectation, however, service by the servers was efficient, attentive, and helpful. The location is closer to the airport but a considerable distance to major malls. Overall, it is a good experience staying with Ibis with friendly staff surrounding you.

The location if this hotel is superb. It is right next to the Sri Damansara Barat MRT station. Just hop on to the train and can get to anywhere in no time. The room is spacious, well equipped and clean. Staffs who attend to you is friendly and helpful. It is a home away from home.
