Greystone Centrestage PJ recensioner

This is the first time in my life that I have had to check out of a hotel just a few hours after checking in! The condition of the room was absolutely horrible. First of all, I noticed after checking in that there were no bath towels in the room. I had to contact customer service to have them sent up. Secondly, all four pillows on the bed had an extremely unpleasant odor - absolutely disgusting! I immediately went downstairs to buy Febreze fabric freshener to try to eliminate the smell, but it didn't work. I even sprayed my expensive perfume to cover it up, but whenever I got near the pillows, the horrible smell was still there! In addition, the damp and moldy spots around the room were disgusting. Even the headboard was moldy and hadn't been cleaned properly! I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the condition of this room was absolutely unacceptable. The management is extremely poor and the hygiene standards are appalling! Anyone considering staying at this hotel should think twice!

As usual i will take this room since nearby with my destination and easy to access. I found pasar nearby and so good..

Notes: 1. Self Check In / Check Out 2. Deposit RM100 required (by transfer) will be returned after 7 working days 3. Paid Car Park 4. Nice room 5. Towel - Please upgrade. I got a "Family Day" towel. LOL. Overall. Ok. Repeat? Not in my priority list. But still acceptable.

I’ll definitely book again. A relatively clean room which is value for what I paid. Good location,too.

Clean and as advertised. Recommended for business traveller and solo traveller. Car park is. Expensive though

Good value for the asking price. Parking is RM10 per entry , there is mynews for convenience. Decent place

Room is comfortable but TV box is not functioning properly, it will shut off automatically after few minutes later....... Shampoo n body shampoo is not provided for us... luckily we brought it.

Room was not bad. But the hotels it self running down. The smell and look spooky. Light at every level must be change to give better experience
