Threeland Hotel

和家人路過盧森堡，就去拜訪了那裡的朋友，設施衞生環境服務都非常不錯，而且在攜程訂也是超級方便，給好評！

Absolutely horrible! Avoid at all cost! Pretty sure they have a criminal operation going on here, room service stealing from rooms etc. Not to mention rooms are bad food is bad and the staff is just either rude or useless. The manager seems to be way to full of himself.

Threeland Hotel is on the outskirts of Pétange and is close to the Belgian border. On arrival we initially thought there were limited parking spaces but later found a large car park to the side of the hotel. Check-in was quick and it wasn't long before we were given our card key for the superior twin room that we booked. The room was fairly spacious with a good amount of facilities and better than we were expecting. The coffee machine was an added bonus as was the mini-fridge. The bathroom was fine with a good shower, wall mounted shower gel was provided. We had breakfast on both mornings of our stay, there was a plentiful selection of hot and cold items and was nicely presented. We had a very nice stay at the hotel, it was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Pétange making it quite central and the facilities were better than we were anticipating.

Malheureusement, cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout les 4 étoiles dont il se vante. Nous y sommes restés une nuit et que dire... Aucune ventilation ou climatisation prévue dans la chambre. Nous avons littéralement manqué d'air toute la nuit. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car il y avait des gens qui parlaient en bas de notre fenêtre (cela n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais on ne met pas des chaises et des tables juste en dessous des chambres !). Sans oublier la télé allant à fond jusqu'à deux heures du matin dans une chambre avoisinante... Parlons également des draps avec des halos jaunâtres et un gros trous en plein milieu... Du 4 étoiles vous avez dit ?! Et terminons par le merveilleux coup de portière mis sur notre voiture par un client indélicat et découvert à notre depart. Nous n'y viendrons plus.

Les commodités de la chambre no correspondent pas du tout à celles que nous connaissons dans les hôtels 4 étoiles que nous fréquentons régulièrement: eau de courtoisie chaises en suffisance. Ces éléments ont rendu notre séjour inconfortable.

Personnel accueillant et souriant Chambres propres et spacieuses. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié avec de bons produits frais (jus d’orange pressé, délicieuse salade de fruits, pains de très bonne qualité… Carte variée à la brasserie, copieux et bien présenté Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel Hôtel bien situé
