I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff that was working on the 10th October and the 11th October 2024 who made me and my bridesmaids fell very welcome and to the staff that was working the morning of my wedding day, The people was so friendly welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again. Once again thank you to each and every one e off you.

Check in easy ,free car parking and Wi Fi , great location for town and business. Every thing else absolutely Horrendous. Room was over the bar and night entrance, holes in the curtains, lampshades shredded, only one coat hangar, bathroom had cracked floor tiles, no plug in the bath, wash basin sink slow drain and ill fitting plug and NO hot water. The tile grouting around the bath was filthy. The sealant around the shower enclosure, where there was any, was gross being dirty and mouldy. The room decor was very shabby having bare patches, chipping and overall very poor. Overall our experience was BAD, nothing was to the standard portrayed on the promotional pictures when booking. Only there one night so no chance to request alternative room, subsequent requested review and follow up to regional management so far ignored after 1 week.

Warm welcome from the receptionist, all the info about our stay was clear and well explained. Room was clean, tidy and well presented. Tea and coffee making facilities were available and also Iron/Ironing Board and Fan were within the large wardrobe. Bathroom was very roomy but was poorly lit. No evening meals were on offer, but they made up for it was a banging breakfast. Good selection of freshly prepared hot food, yoghurts, preserves etc. (would have liked to seen some fresh fruit) Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay

Pillows were lumpy so had no sleep, breakfast was poor had no hot food wasn’t that busy ended up not bothering and paid extra for breakfast. No ketchup, they did me some eggs ended up leaving them as nothing to go with them they went cold, no hot chocolate very poor
