Odawa Hotel

The hotel is by no means anything special. We stayed on 5th floor room 510. The hallways carpets are very dirty. Room itself was so so. We will not stay ever again. It is a bit misleading and IS NOT connected to the ******. They do have a shuttle however.

I will never ever stay in this hotel ever. Even if given to me free. I brought my guests for a great weekend. Or so I thought. We checked in on FR into the suites set up by my host-ess. We left to see the town on Sat am and returned to a nightmare on Sat nite. Upon attempting to access our room, a man opened the door. We asked, what are you doing in our room and where is our stuff? He indicated he had checked in that am and this was HIS room. I went to the front desk to sort it out. More importantly, where is my Ipad and laptop and luggage with my jewelry. The person at the counter pointed to a luggage cart where everything in the room was thrown in a pile on the cart. My laptop was with my dirty underwear!!! and my toothbrush!!! I indicated how angry I was that this occurred and how unfair to my guests. The lady dissappeared from behind the counter. I assumed she was getting the manager. The next thing I know, there are 2 policemen tapping me on the shoulder. ''She called the police on me?" I was so embarrassed in front of my guests and treated so poorly. I will never stay at this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone. The took the "Customer" out of customer service. They did nothing to attempt to make it right. Its so sad that establishments get away with treating their guests in such a manner. And so much for being a high roller with supposedly better service and amenities.
