Perfect location right opposite the entrance to the Petra Gate. The breakfast and dinner options were fantastic.

Great service, staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful itself, located right next to Petra Museum which is very convenient if you plan to visit The treasury. Buffet dinner is great, we enjoyed our stay.

Service, staff, room, location, foods, everything is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful interior, love the ambiance of lobby lounge and Al Iwan restaurant, food is delicious! Excellent location, just opposite Petra Visitor Centre, ATM can be found next to the Centre and only charge a small fee compared to ATM at airport. Unfortunately, not every superior room comes with a balcony therefore i don’t see what’s the difference compared to classic category. And AC/heater in room smell like kitchen, not sure because our room was just above the back kitchen. After all, it’s a mixed feeling about the hotel.

Centrally located hotel, can literally walk to the visitors centre.

Hotel right opposite the entrance to Petra. Rooms, especially bathrooms are a bit dated. Swimming pool was shut during my visit and breakfast was not good! Lots of it but quality of food was awful.

Excellent location, just opposite the Petra visitors’ center. The hotel has great design in common areas and rooms, and nice beds and amenities. Pretty pricey for what it offers, since we also had lunch and dinner there. The downside of this hotel was the fact that there were flies everywhere, especially on the food stations during breakfast - which had a lot of variety-, and nobody could care less

best in Petra, no doubt

衹能説在佩特拉是無法代替的頂級，早飯還行主要是西式為主，飲品豐富。服務人員都非常專業，酒店設施也都是非常有益的，尤其是free minibar和贈送的兩盒點心

超過我的預期，工作人員非常的好，歡迎飲品酸梅湯超好喝。整個酒店就是小而美，讓我感覺很難忘。。。。。。。

地理位置優越，出門過馬路就是佩特拉景區入口 早餐豐富，酒店附近也有很多飯館 服務人員都很友好，入住客人很多

前台的小哥服務非常非常好 親切 給了我很多幫助 即使我第二天退房了 他仍然提醒我逛完Petra 可以回到沖洗一下 告訴我這是你的hotel 好感動 我英語不夠好 真的好想表達對他的感謝。早餐標準也非常高 有個經理一直在巡視 維持高質量的食物標準。

非常精緻漂亮的阿拉伯風格酒店，早餐豐盛，酒店裡有很多餐廳選擇，就是價格略高。一定要嘗試酒店的冰淇凌！房間寬敞舒適。最重要的是就在佩特拉景區門口，十分方便。

這個品牌印象中是瑞士一個冰激凌的品牌，還有同品牌的茶葉，酒店也不錯。外觀雖然不起眼，但是內部設施還是挺好的。 設施：房間內設施有些陳舊，但總體還可以，中規中矩。房卡挺有趣，木質的。一樓有紀念品店、冰激凌店等。 衞生：比較乾淨。 環境：距離佩特拉確實很近，過馬路就到了。周邊吃吃喝喝很多，超市、兑換外幣等配套都有，chenge比酒店實惠一點。對我來説停車方便很重要。 服務：前台清一色的約旦帥哥，服務貼心，講解細緻。下午還有chocolate time，雖然東西簡單，但是温馨。早餐種類不少，雞蛋餃做的不錯，但是沒有瑞享同品牌冰激凌吃。歡迎甜品是巧克力，用一個鐵鍬裝，有意思。有個細節需要改善，護髮素已經沒有，但是兩天時間打掃房間都沒發現。
