A true delight to get out of the tourist stream and be in the very quiet Madonie area. And even better to be looked after by these B&B owners Diego and Patrizia. Accommodations are comfortable. Breakfast very good and there is an optional, really fantastic 7 course dinner. Only regret is we did not have more time to stay. Recommend that you seek out Labyrinth by Arianna, an excellent outdoor installation, that is not too far.

In May 2022, we stayed for two nights at La Locanda Di Cadi’, which was an excellent base for exploring the nearby medieval towns of Petralia Soprano, Gangi, and Sperlinga. It was a wonderful experience! We will treasure it forever, and we very highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique travel experience in Sicily. The room was charming, but what was really special were the meals prepared by the delightful Diego and hosted by the lovely Patrizia. We did the full 7-course meal, which was one of the most delicious and unique dining experiences we had on our 2-week trip through Sicily. Everything they prepare is made from local, fresh ingredients. Each serving was inspired by traditional Sicilian recipes with a contemporary flair. Although we were absolutely stuffed after the first night, we immediately and enthusiastically resolved to have the full experience again our second night, where we were treated to seven new and tasty dishes. Because it’s a small establishment, the dining experience is very intimate. Diego and Patrizia happily explained each dish (Diego also speaks English and Patrizia French), and the method of preparation, which we found fascinating. We also enjoyed our very tasty breakfasts on the patio. Our advice is to stay at least two nights and to say ‘yes’ to anything they want to cook for you!!

Se si vuole fare un salto nel passato e rivivere dei momenti nel vissuto di persone,allora dovete stare dei giorni a Cipampini. Un'accoglienza d'altri tempi un'aria di familiarita' e attenzione da parte della signora Patrizia un'esperienza unica nei sapori genuini delle sapienti preparazioni dello chef Diego.. che fa rivivere quei sapori dimenticati quei sapori di casa di una cucina semplice ma gustosa

Esperienza unica nel cuore della Sicilia! Padroni di casa accoglienti, testimoni di una scelta di vita coraggiosa:la vita semplice!!! Stanza essenziale ma confortevole. La cena è stata un viaggio gastronomico tra ricette tradizionali esaltate dalla ricerca di ingredienti genuini e di qualità, sapientemente preparati dal signor Diego e raccontati con amore dalla signora Patrizia!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

La locanda di Cadi' mi era stata segnalata da amici francesi che vi avevano soggiornato un paio di anni fa. Il luogo, fuori dal tempo senonché dal mondo, può essere a ragione definito una esperienza extrasendoriale : il silenzio, la campagna con i suoi magnifici colori e profumi, la gentilezza dei proprietari ed infine l'ottima cucina costituita da ingredienti locali e genuini alla Locanda di Cadi sono elementi indispensabili per una vacanza unica. Consiglio vivamente il posto a chi ama e rispetta la natura

Esito a scrivere una recensione positiva per pura gelosia ed egoismo. Vorrei che un posto così unico, con dei proprietari così affettuosi e speciali (Patrizia, raffinata conversatrice e Diego, ricercatissimo cuoco) rimanesse un segreto, un luogo esclusivamente destinato a pochi eletti. Di fatto non è un posto per tutti, per lo meno per coloro che non sono in grado di apprezzare la genuinità e la semplicità di questa luogo magico, nascosto tra le Madonie. Tornerò tutte le volte che posso.

Posto magico per chi desidera veramente staccarsi dalla routine metropolitana. Cibo semplice e genuino cucinato con amore ed attenzione dal simpaticissimo Diego. Il tutto perfettamente coordinato dalla gentilissima Patrizia. Abbiamo trascorso due bellissimi giorni. Grazie!
