Old spoiled food. I received the order after 2 hours and as you can see in the picture, the potatoes were reheated, old and expired. Be careful! Yesterday I left this review on Facebook and they blocked me. BE CAREFUL YOU CAN GET TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THE SPOILED FOOD!

Great location, terrible service. Food wait time is very long, between 2 and 3 hours waiting for mains. We ordered different sides with mains, we all received fries because that's all they had left. I wasn't necessarily bothered about the fries but they could of let us know before the food arrives.

The location is wonderful, well-kept outdoor spaces, beautiful view on the mountain. The spa is clean and welcoming. Negative points: the restaurant is disorganized. The waiters mix up the orders, they don't understand English and got the order wrong. The first night we waited almost two hours for dinner. The second night they brought us food and forgot to bring us drinks. We had to call them again and they bring us the glasses and drinks only after we had finished eating. Breakfast is served too late, we were there for a european tennis tournament and the players needed to eat earlier in the morning before the match or the training but at 7:30 they found it closed. Another negative thing is that the rooms were not made up and cleaning everyday but only if requested. If this hotel is hosting an important event must be prepared and equipped to do it.

The Restaurant it is amazing any time of the year, our experience it was great from the moment we get in ( yes we done a reservation) but it was very friendly environment, great music in the background, the waitress was amazing, service very good. Food delicious and very quick delivered, drinks ok, overall 6* for the amazing time

Terrible service! We waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order. This was despite two waiters passing by us and asking them if they could take our order. I felt a total lack of respect. I came specifically from 70km for this place and left totally disappointed! If I could give 0 I would with all my heart.

A magical place. Unique design, warm atmosphere, delicious food and guaranteed relaxation. Perfect for a nature getaway. The food could use a little work but overall, and maybe the stuff a little more friendlier sometimes, but overall i recommended!

Varied venues, from billiards to banquets, bolster blissful breaks. Be aware, however, of bustling background noise and brief blips in buffet brilliance. Generally, guests gleefully gravitate to this grand, gorgeous getaway.

"Wow, just wow! Conacul Radacinilor is seriously cool. The whole place is built around these massive tree roots – it's like something out of a fairytale. My room was huge and super comfy, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing. The location is great too, perfect for exploring the area. I went for a few hikes and the scenery was stunning. They also have a spa, which was a nice treat after a long day of walking. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough. It's totally unique and definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something special. If you're in Romania, you should definitely add Conacul Radacinilor to your list!"

We spent a dream weekend at Conacul Rădăcinilor! The place is simply magical, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are chic and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. We also loved the spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. I highly recommend it!
