Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay

mn nên để ý kĩ đặt phòng, mình đặt phòng nhưng đến lễ tân không tìm được đặt phòng, họ bảo ở đây chủ căn hộ cho thuê rất nhiều chứ không phải của khách sạn, nhưng họ lại để sdt của khách sạn, làm mình và gđ loay hoay gọi cho trip quốc tế tận 1h sáng mới được nhận phòng.

Khách sạn phục vụ rất tốt, nhiều view để sống ảo. Buffet sáng rất hợp khẩu vụ. Các bạn nhân vien tại khách sạm rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình. Bạn Mi lễ tân phục vụ và hỗ trợ rất tốt.

酒店新的，環境很好。就是房間有點小，位置相對比較偏。主要接待韓國人。大部分工作人員中文不太行。 衞生：做的比較到位的。 唯一的槽點就是小童的早餐比較貴，每個人要350k，兩個娃收了70萬，有點破防~

Không có bãi xe, từ chỗ để xe đến khách sạn rất xa. Đợi xe điện rất lâu. Phòng không sạch. Thiếu nhân viên phục vụ. Ăn sáng thì tạm được. Thang máy bị ngợp vì không có máy lạnh. Khu vực sảnh chờ và hành lang thang máy cũng không có máy lạnh

房間比較小，早餐挺好，但是不到7歲的小孩一起入住，每晚要加100塊，入住的體驗比較差，前台吃飯去了沒有人，等了好久才有人來

很一般的酒店，大概因為新的酒店入住率很低，距離美奈市區很遠！性價比不高，不建議入住！還是住在市區附近吃飯都方便
