I enjoyed the time at the resort, the staff was friendly, property is very clean, dinning area was great and other options around the hotel to eat, rental of motor scooter is reasonable. Only problem I have is when I booked the room, description and picture said full beach view. The staff said it is not true, only partial beach view is available. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Sunsea Resort was a spectacular hotel experience. At first we were a little concerned by the 3 stars but we got the hotel recommended through a friend who repeatedly stated how amazing this hotel was, and they were right! We first arrived on the 28th of December to welcoming staff and spacious rooms with many amenities, our room was right by the pool and had a small terrace, which created a fantastic setting every morning and night. The hotel has a regular pool and an infinity pool overlooking the most magical of views of Mui Ne and the turquoise water. The hotel staff is extremely welcoming with the staff being extremely attentive to your needs, we even got help with the tour of what Mui Ne has to offer through a waitress at the restaurant who I believe was called Truc. The breakfast was A La Cart style creating a much better experience than these crowded hotel buffets. The flavours at the restaurant Sukhothai were immense and delicious and we thought it was by far the best restaurant in the area. We visited other hotel resturants in the area but none had the same service and food standard. I definitely recommend Sunsea resort to anyone who wants a calming and nice experience when visiting Mui Ne.

Delightful resort, beautifully kept and an oasis of calm. This hotel extends from the main road down to the beach, not very big, the whole complex around 35m wide and no more than 100m from the road to the beach. The entrance from the road takes you through reception to the first accommodation block of 6 apartments on the ground floor with 3 double apartments on the upper floor. The rooms, even the standard pool view are well appointed with everything you'd expect to find. WiFi works well in the room, not much storage space, we lived out of the suitcases while we were there. We stayed in the first apartment on the ground floor, stepping through the patio doors leads you to the pool with a jacuzzi, the on/off switch for which is decidedly dodgy being rather like consumer unit circuit breaker. You do not want to be reaching in there with a wet hand. The second apartment block has 3 ground floor apartments and a single treble apartment on the upper floor. There a 4 further luxury huts for a total of 17 units. In front of the huts in a 2nd infinity pool, bizarrely the only steps into the pool are at the deep end. The restaurant adjacent to the infinity pool has a great selection of reasonably priced meals. In front of the restaurant is a sandy area with a tables, chairs and loungers and steps down to what is left of the beach. Not sure what happened to the beach shown in some of the images but the sea now comes right up to the sea wall at the end of the hotel. Whether the original beach was artificial and has been washed away or it's been lost to rising sea levels who can say? Whatever the reason the beach ain't there now. At the time of our stay there as very low room occupancy, had a very eerie feel to the place, however we'd had a chaotic 2 weeks in Vietnam and it was nice to have 3 or 4 days relaxing to round off our holiday. Although called a resort there is nothing else on site other than that mentioned above, you won't find entertainment, spa, shops or any of the other things one might expect at a resort. Outside the main road is awash with bars and restaurants if you fancy an evening out of the resort. A charming hotel, Chup in the restaurant is the standout member of staff.

Such a beautiful boutique resort. Two stunning pools, the restaurant by the beach for meals, breakfast was included and it was amazing. Staff were great, so kind and helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend, will definitely be back, we loved our 4night stay immensely

Ngày check in: 31/03/2025 Ngày check out: 01/04/2025 Số phòng booking: 02 Thiệt sự rất không hài lòng với phòng ở. So với số tiền bỏ ra cho chất lượng phòng thì không có. Rất thất vọng luôn í. Gần 2triệu 1 phòng mà nhận được khăn tắm, khăn bơi đều bị rách rưới. Thậm chí resort codn dùng khăn tắm cũ để làm khăn lau sàn. Khăn trắng để dùng thì cũng cũ ko khác gì khăn dưới sàn cả. Thử hỏi lỡ giặt lộn hay lấy nhầm giữa khăn khách dùng và khăn lau sàn thì sao? Vì hầu như đều rách và cũ như nhau á mn. Phòng gần 2 triệu mà hông có nổi bàn trang điểm Đứng trong wc để make up mỏi chân và thêm nữa là gương trong wc rất cao Đứng lâu rất mỏi và khó make up skincare luôn á mn. Nhất là những khách bầu như mình thì sẽ rất ư là bất tiện vì phải với lên để nhìn được gương á. Trong phòng ngoài gương wc ra thì không hề có gương đứng nào để check trang phục hoặc ngồi make up được. N*** trước phòng mình ở có chỗ ghế ngồi để nhìn ra hồ bơi. Thì mình thấy phần gạch trên đầu có dấu hiệu muốn rớt mà hình này bên máy anh mình rồi, nếu resort cần thì mình cung cấp bằng chứng thêm sau cho ạ. Mình cảm thấy rất nguy hiểm cho những gia đình có trẻ nhỏ, lỡ ko may gạch rớt thì căng lắm á. Ngoài ra thì cửa trong wc ko được bảo trì. Kiếng cường lực mà muốn bong bản lề ra luôn mà ko hề hay biết sửa chửa hay sao í, nói chung là nguy hiểm cho gia đình có con nhỏ lắm. (Này mình cũng có quay clip nhưng ko có chỗ up ở đây). Khăn choàng tắm rất rất dơ. Nhận được khăn choàng tắm cảm thấy không được tôn trọng luôn á. Vì không hiểu sao có thể đưa khăn như vậy cho khách được. Mà phòng ở mức giá cũng ngang ngửa resort khác trong khu vực chứ không hề rẻ mà nhận lại những trải nghiệm hơi khó hiểu. Mình mong nhận được phản hồi của resort về những trải nghiệm không đáng có mà mình đã gặp phải khi đi nghỉ dưỡng.
