The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Everything were perfect, except when we moved inside the hotel area. Has to wait for bugie and sometimes it took about 30 mimutes for waiting bugie. When you guys have to hurry for the schedule, sometimes it is better to catch bugie outside than call from reception.

Nice but crowded

Value for money stay. 1 room abt 2.5mil VND. Clean and good service. We recommend this place in Mui Ne for your couple stay.

The room where we stay is full of ants with furniture is falling apart. The safe in the room is not working. The food in breakfast is not fresh at all, it makes me vomit twice as soon as I ate the bread roll with sauce. Diner in the Mundo was a nightmare as no one seems to care for customers as we ordered the gado gado, chicken ramen, Cesar salads, classic burger, Texas burger and sweet and sour pork which over an hour to receive our food left alone with the burger an extra 15 minutes wait for that, the food is not good just average but the price is sky high ($2,5 mil) We do not think we will ever coming back again to this so called “5 star resort”. The only think is worth it is the infinity swimming pool. That’s it.

The hotel is very nice, my daughter enjoyed it a lot as there were so many different things for her to do. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The resort is massive and on a hill so most people move about by golf buggy but they can take some time to arrive, especially on weekends. I would try to avoid weekends, a stream of buses were arriving Friday night/Saturday morning making the resort very busy. There's not much nearby but a Grab into the nearby village was easy to get and inexpensive.

They dont have enough golf carts. At peak hours, its impossible to call the carts to your room. May take 30minutes waiting outside the grab a cart. This resort doesnt have beach as well so if you want to go the beach, go elsewhere. Bad service and bad experience.

A total lack of Communication I only stayed one night and on the morning of checking out after breakfast I couldn’t enter my room/villa. The key card didn’t work. I contacted a service staff passing by the villa and he said it would take a few minutes before someone could come and open the door. After calls by normal landline to the reception, where I was promised every time to wait five minutes, someone came after 45 minutes and open the door. Everything resulted in turning up late to a meeting with High end officials. Lost my face totally. It was simply unbelievable. That communication between your employees could go so wrong. Just to update you that you understand, the villa is approximately five minutes from the reception.

A rather different resort. This resort is a European style town/village, set on a Vietnamese hillside. The villas are well appointed and clean. There are electric buggies to transport guests around the resort. The facilities are large enough to spread the crowds of tourists and make the place seem less busy. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Sadly, the behaviour of other guests was sincerely off-putting. The buffet was ruined by many people simply being unhygienic. I didn't want to eat anything that had been handled by other guests fingers. There was nothing that had not been handled. I didn't eat.

This place is an oasis located in the middle of nowhere, it’s so amazing that it’s hard to believe a place like it actually exists

The toilet and pool cleanliness should be improved. The bathroom floor got slippery and reek of urine when we first walked in. The waterpark soft floor has run down a bit. The pool water is cloudy.

Nice resort with see views. Recommend with family and friends

everything the was great except it is not a beach front hotel and too much people.
