The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, i love the design of this resort. one dissatisfaction is with the internet service during my recent stay a, Unfortunately the internet was extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible for us to use it smoothly through phones or watching tv. smart TV could not function properly due to the poor internet quality. we were forced to use 10GB of our phone’s data just to watch Netflix on the TV yesterday.

This hotel is super quiet place to stay in between Phat Thiet and Mui Ne. It's close to the restaurants and massage activities, but not overcrowded. Room with the sea view and jacuzzi is perfect for couple stays.

Very good resort, my family and I really enjoy my vacation here. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Had an excellent honeymoon vacation, this is best hotel we saw in Vietnam. Everything was perfect. Features a quality restaurant with fresh seafood.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

Good concierge service and waitering staff.

My family and I are very impressed with the service given by the staff at the resort. They are attentive and very nice even though we have language barrier, they make an effort to understand to our needs and attend to us almost immediate. The staff even give us suggestions of where and what we can do around Mui Ne.

Beautiful hotel. Graden Bungalows are very nice. Garden and pool are very nice. Breakfast was very good too

酒店沒有想象中的大，但是景色很美，房間佈置得很温馨，床夠寬、洗手間夠大很實用，且還貼心的為顧客們準備了幾樣水果，衹可惜運氣不太好，碰上大風浪天氣，等了兩個早上也沒法參加酒店免費的划船、釣魚活動，早餐品種很豐富，餐廳景色美，邊看海邊吃，酒店的點餐就很一般，不太推薦!火鍋沒有我們想象中那麼好，不是拿來涮肉吃，還是拿來做湯粉，價格還算可以，不貴也不便宜吧，總體性價比還不錯👍🏻👍🏻

Великолепный отель! Отдыхали вдвоём с супругом с 15.04 по 22.04. Отель расположен невдалеке от Муйне. На ужин нужно уезжать на такси, с приложением Grab это 160-200 рублей в одну сторону. Но можно поужинать и в ресторане отеля, цены , соответственно, дороже, чем в Муйне. Ехать 5 минут. Красивая , зелёная, ухоженная территория. Отличный сервис! Если хотите уединиться, то сюда. Отличный пляж, зонты и лежаки супер! На пляже есть бао, туалет, 2 душа. Море всякое, и волны, и тишь с утра. Были медузы время от времени, но нам они не мешали. Номер мы брали 75 м2 с видом на сад. Великолепно! Во время нашего пребывания большой бассейн был на ремонте, но отель компенсировал этот момент ваучером на отличный бесплатный ужин ! Ремонт бассейна нисколько не мешал отдыху. Питание отличное, завтраки богатые и разнообразные! Вернемся обязательно!
