Jag har upplevt det mest mållösa hotellet på Phi Phi Island. Om du kommer till Phi Phi Island, gå inte i den här fällan! Coco Beach Resort Phi Phi Island Coco Beach Resort 1. Tjänsten är extremt dålig och uppenbar rasdiskriminering. När du kommer till hotellet måste du checka in snabbt. Kineser måste vänta i lobbyn på ett rum. När du frågar hur lång tid det kommer att ta säger hon till dig att incheckningspolicyn är klockan 2. Du måste följa deras policy. 2. Rummet är gjort av bambu, som ser väldigt unikt ut men som faktiskt är en stor grop! Varje kväll finns en strandbar utomhus på stranden mittemot hotellet.Dj:n rocken och heavy metalen turas om med start kl 20.00 och håller på till 15.00 mitt i natten! Obs, det är varje kväll! Det skulle inte vara en överdrift att beskriva ljudet som öronbedövande.Det var omöjligt att sova alls! Huset skakar! Gå till hotellets reception för att klaga, och de kommer att svara dig: "Detta är inte vårt problem, det har ingenting med oss ​​att göra, och vi tillhandahåller öronproppar." Vad är användningen av öronproppar? Med detta ljud kan nog bara döva sova! 3. Rummet säljs för mer än 900 per natt. Det är litet som ett slum och väldigt enkelt. Att vända är också svårt! Bagaget kan inte spridas ut. Inte bara kände jag att jag låg på marken när jag tog ett steg, utan jag kände att hela rummet var på väg att kollapsa! Jag bokade beslutsamt ett annat hotell mitt i natten och förberedde mig på att fly tidigt på morgonen. Vänner, när ni kommer till Phi Phi Island för att bo på hotell måste ni välja noggrant. Det rekommenderas att läsa fler recensioner av reserådgivare för att undvika att göra misstag!

Great room, clean and beautiful… only complain is that I would say the food service and drinks you have to get on your own, I wasn’t able to get resort service .

Excellent staff, excellent views. Very nice. Only negative is that it’s very noisy if you are stuck near selfish people who sit outside till late. Music from beach travels up as well.

The hotel is beautiful, in front of the ocean, nice rooms (though small), nice restaurant, friendly staff, pool is great too. But acustics are an issue in the hotel, the beautiful bamboo huts are zero sound proof you can hear your neighborgs breathing, and that wouldn’t be so bad if the extra loud cheap trance music from the bars nearby didn’t come in feeling like it’s in your room and accounting for terrible sleep. this was specially worse for me as I had a room with pool/sea view at row 1 and sound just went in there, I asked to change rooms and they did and at row 5  i had a much better sleep. It’s sad because this is not the hotel’s fault but municipality should really do something about the bars, it really messes the entire Phi Phi paradise experience.

The place is near the beach and very clean. It has a nice breakfast and good services.

Lovely place to stay. Unbeleavably generous breakfast. Friendly service, very welcoming. Beautiful scenery, no sunsets. But: Long walk into town. Magical Little village, but the bungalows shake when you walk, everything rattles. Loud bar across the bay pumps till 2am. Didn't bother me. Stay for 3-4 days at most.

Pool was great and the room was very nice. It was a little loud during the night because you can hear music from bars on the beach strip. Other than that it was a great stay.

A wonderful resort! Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise. The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise. Staff: All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms. Amenities: The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must! Cleanliness: Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed. Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lovely luxury cabin. Great location but the island is loud, (lucky I had my ear plugs) The beach is beautiful and the food was good. Reception staff a little bit rude upon checking out.

Overall this hotel is a nice place to stay, but the room is smaller than expected with loud noise. Staffs lack of good communication within the hotel teams. I think it would be better if front desk could communicate well with the kayak & paddle board staff.

Very beautiful hotel and staff very nice.

This hotel offers a stylish swimming pool and charming bungalow-style rooms. However, that's about it. Considering the price, the breakfast hygiene and room soundproofing are terrible. Next to the hotel, there is an abandoned lot where all sorts of trash accumulate, attracting a lot of FLYIES, which can be seen SITTING on almost ALL breakfast FOOD items. Additionally, there is incredibly loud club music and reverberation until 2 a.m., making it nearly impossible to fall into a deep sleep. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, but the house keeper service is not good and they don’t really clean your room

Hotel has a nice view, pool area and restaurant. They have netflix and youtube in the room so we enjoyed netflix and chill after a long day. However, there’s a lot of mosquitoes, kind of noisy coming from the bars nearby, I’d say their housekeeping is not that good too. Overall, it was a 7/10 :)
