På ett hotell på berget, om du vill se havsutsikten, behöver du ett rum med havsutsikt, andra hus kanske inte nödvändigtvis ser havet. Eftersom det är på berget är trafiken obekväm. Du måste ringa en bil i förväg för att ta dig ner för berget. I allmänhet måste du vänta på att andra turister ska åka ner för berget tillsammans. Detsamma gäller för att gå uppför berget. Du måste gå till den anvisade platsen för att komma på bussen. Om du inte vill vara så jobbig rekommenderar jag inte att bo här. Hårdvaran i rummet är okej, men det finns många myror.Jag tillbringade en dag på nästa hotell bara för att rensa upp myrorna som kröp ner i ryggsäcken. Varmvattnet har också gått sönder de senaste två dagarna så jag kan bara ta en kalldusch.Länken till wifi-lösenordet är svårare än att skriva kod. Allt annat är bra. Nu när hårdvaran är klar, låt oss prata om tjänster. För det första är receptionistens engelska inte bra och många gånger kan de två parterna inte kommunicera smidigt i telefon, till exempel när jag kom till bryggan bad de mig att gå till deras anvisade plats. Nyckeln är att jag kom hit för första gången och berättade för mig en adress som jag inte kunde hitta på Google map.Jag vet verkligen inte vad de tycker. När vi bokade båtbiljetten tillbaka till Phuket Island berättade vi att det fanns en biljett vid 11-tiden, så vi packade hastigt ihop på morgonen och förberedde oss för att gå ner för berget för att hinna med båten. Senare sa vi att det fanns inga platser, och att det bara fanns en ledig klockan 2. Motorbåten, låt oss gå ner för berget för att köpa den själva, och vi är mållösa. Btw, hon sa att priset för en motorbåt är 1 200 baht per person, men mellanpriset vi åkte ner för berget för att fråga var bara 800 baht per person. Så här känner jag mig nuförtiden. Men generellt sett är Phi Phi Island väldigt vacker, jag föreslår att du kommer och känner den

An exceptional hotel with breathtaking scenery and a nearby beach. The complimentary shuttle service adds great convenience, making it worth every penny.

We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily. Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort. Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️

Amazing quiet and scenic stay away from all the noise the town has to offer. The hotel provides easy and reliable car service to the closest beach on the edge of shark point and a car to the edge of the town. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The only problems we had were the options for food as there was only one restaurant up there but it wasn’t a huge problem their food was okay. Overall a great stay and if we ever come back we won’t hesitate to book here again!

The service in this place was good but the problem is that the hotell is promoting things they do not have. There were supposed to be several pools and the facility looked abandoned. There is not one pool to use, so if you wanna go swimming you will have to take a car to the beach. So for paying so much money for a weeks stay it was not worth it at all. Breakfast was good! But the hotel is very off from everything so you have to use the cars that are appointed once every hour betweeen 08-21. So it kinda ruined the stay because for that sort of payment i would expect to at least get what they are promoting. The info at the servicedesk was kinda poor. Tjey do have a restaurant with an amazing view but you have to ask about it because there is no info to find about it. We stumbled upon it by misstanke the last day of the visit. So yeah, wont vmbe staying there again.

You arrive a the pier where you meet be of of there representatives, then takes by long tales boat Down the coast where you get a shuttle bus up to the hotel, Room is cleaned daily to a high standard, breakfast is not the best, daily scrambled egg, cold fried eggs, poor quality bacon, processed cold sausage or sliced ham, also a small choice of Asian foods, Tea or coffee from a pot toast and cereal, There also a hour bus back to beach or outer town,  where you walk to many restaurants and shops, Free Shuttle buses stop at 21:00, after which you can order a shuttle bus at 300 baht per room

The hotel is far away in the mountains, the view is very beautiful, take rooms with a view, the problem is the dirty water park, it is not usable, there is no pool, although in the description there is. After 21:00 the transfer to the hotel costs 300 baht per room. There is nothing near the hotel. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was also good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the capacious, nicely decorated rooms with amazing hilltop views of the sunrise and sunset. However, the window wasn't shut properly, letting in some flying ants and geckos at night, which was a bit annoying. I also had issues with the van pickup service, as my calls to reception went unanswered Overall, it’s a nice place for the views and room quality, but they need to improve service

Phi Phi Mountain Beach Resort – despite some drawbacks, we really liked it. Getting there is not the easiest, as you first need to reach the shuttle point, which takes time. However, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the water park is not working. Breakfast is simple but filling. The free shuttle to the beach and town every hour is very convenient, though late-night rides require an extra fee. If you’re planning to party all night, this might not be the best option. Overall, a nice place to relax!

Nice View but the room was ugly. The water from the shower overflooded the whole bathroom. The Breakfast was very Nice

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were big and spacious. It is at the top of the mountain as the name suggests but they have a good shuttle service from our experience although they don’t adhere to the timetable all that well! Arrive at least 20 minutes before it is supposed to depart from town. Breakfast wasn’t bad but almost everything has chicken in it and we don’t eat meat! The pool seemed under used by guests but was clean. Most of the water slides etc are switched off. The giant octopus ruins the views a little!!

Acceptable for couple of days no more. Very poor service and food but rooms are OK for this type of place.

Completely disappointed hotel is not as advertised in the pictures. Because the aqua park is not operational and no swimming pool nearby. The hotel is located on top of a mountain, making it almost impossible to reach on foot. There is a free shuttle service available hourly between 9 AM and 9 PM. Outside of these hours, the hotel charges taxi fees per room as follows: 300 baht from 9 PM to 2 AM, 500 baht from 2 AM to 5 AM, and 100 baht from 5 AM to 9 AM—for a distance of just six minutes. The hotel manager, Mr. Khun, is a complete disappointment and a liar. During my five-day reservation, I accidentally booked an extra room. I realized my mistake immediately, but since there was no free cancellation option, I contacted the two relevant agencies multiple times to request a cancellation. They emailed the hotel administration on my behalf, but unfortunately, Mr. Khun denied receiving any emails and refused to approve my cancellation request. This behavior is absolutely unworthy of a reputable establishment. However, I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Mam from the reception, who sincerely tried to support me. She was the only person who helped me get in touch with Mr. Khun regarding this issue.
