Very nice location facing the sea. Many noisy long tail boats crossing close to the shore.

Very nice & relaxing place

We had the best time in this hotel. We will come back! My son has severe nut allergy and thanks to all the staff who was always careful with his food in the kitchen we enjoyed our holidays. Great food by the way!

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a private beach, delicious food and waking up with a sea view: this is the right place. We stayed for 3 nights, it was like landing on paradise. The hotel has their own long tail boats with pick up service from Phi phi island port. Breakfast: sweet and savory Lunch: menu a la carte with Thai dishes and western options Dinner: menu a la carte + fresh fish of the day If you feel like hiking you can do it directly from the hotel and reach a viewpoint. Our room didn’t have aircon but it’s quite chilly at night so it was perfect. Snorkeling is possible right near the beach, you see the same fish (blue and yellow, some very colorful..) near other islands just not as many. The hotel offers daily trips, very well organized, we took a one day trip to Maya Beach, Bamboo island.. highly recommend! On Saturday night there was a fire show: it was absolutely wonderful!

We love this place, have been coming here for years. But lately it’s got a bit expensive for what is essentially huts on the beach. Still a very special get away.

Where to start…. The location sucks BIG TIME The reception doesn’t care. NOT EVEN a bit They were digging fences (human ****) to the ocean while we were having dinner. Worst experience ever They didn’t care. They didn’t apologize. What’s worse: the manly lady at the restaurant was so freaking rude that she should have been punched in the face!! They still charged for everything, including our dinner amid ****. The beach is the worst beach with rocks and boats parked in the only spot where there are no rocks. But then again who on earth would go into that water where they openly through the toilets’ waste in front of you. They ruined our holiday. I wish they would go out of business so they don’t have to ruin anybody else’s holiday. If you are even thinking about booking this hotel please DONT! Run! They should be banned from business

Great isolated location with its own beach. You can really lay back and relax here, since there are no real options to get out of the resort despite a transfer or hiking for 30 minutes. Great service, good food and drinks. The standard half- or full-day trips for Ko Phi Phi island are available as tours.

I was a bit worried about this hotel as I’m a city guy and typically like to stay in 5 star resorts. This hotel definitely isn’t a 5 star, but it’s actually more special. Peaceful surroundings, solid food, attentive staff, clean facilities. A once in a lifetime experience and at a reasonable price. We found ourselves wishing that we’d booked two nights instead of one. I would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Relax resort. A well run resort with great attention to detail and organization. A smooth service from the collection at Phiphi pier to your bungalow. Staff are attentive and friendly. Food and drinks have been among the best we have in our few trips to Thailand, both in terms of quality and price. There is great snorkeling along the reef in front of the hotel and a lovely private beach with natural shade for trees. The resort provides free beach chairs, tables and mats.
