The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful.

Amazing we got upgraded to Villa even though we booked the standard room. The decoration for the honeymoon were amazing. We did wake up at midnight to find a cat in the villa which was so cute and adorable. It was clean lovely pool. The food was also delicious and quiet we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended the stuff was super friendly.

Affordable hotel in good location. Pool and gym were nice. Can be a little noisy at night depending on which room you get.

Really nice hotel. The pool View villa was very much in view of everyone so not very private but still nice and comfortable.

Perfect hotel located near the pier and all the convenient stores.

The location is near to the beach hence it was really convenient for us to travel .

Unfortunately when we arrived there was no one to take our luggage to the hotel although many other travelers did have this perk. No biggie, I didn’t expect it, just realised when we arrived. Our room smelt damp, the sheets actually were damp and the drain in the bathroom kicked up a real stink. The shower was scolding or freezing, no Inbetween or consistency…not ideal. The pool was half decent…no beach towels was a bit strange though. Needs a tidy up but was pleasant. Gym was good, likely because no one uses it😂 The rooms weren’t soundproof and we were woken up by the sound of the housekeeping staffs radios very early. Overall I’d say 3* but not a 4* and not a premium experience.

We loved the hotel. Specially location, it was amazing close by to everything. Breakfast was great. Lot of options as well. The room was super big. We were surprised.

Had an amazing day here very tucked away private. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly away from the noise will definitely be back again.

Absolutely not recommended , from the first step inn and the front desk have an attitude and make the whole trip very difficult I paid 1000$ for 2 nights for villa and got bad treat not even a welcome drink or welcome words . Staff attitude is really something missed from the manager to the whole team go and get educated how u treat people cuz we don’t stay for free we pay ur salary . End of the story a rubbish hotel

Such a good location, great stay, they hold your bags if you arrive early and you can use the pool whilst you wait. Super good price for the size room you get

Great location but basic room and shower was cold.  The villas look a lot nicer.  Pool area was decent overall 3/5

Hospitality is zero. Traveling with kids. No service from 8 till 8. It was not worth staying.
