Parking- this house is located in the Philadelphia neighborhood of Point Breeze. We love this neighborhood for its larger homes and walkability to all parts of the city. It's also a great location for biking or taking advantage of our subway system (10ish minute walk to the Broad Street line). There is free street parking on our street and available on several of the numbered streets surrounding the home. Street parking is not a guarantee as there are no reserved spaces. As former residents of the neighborhood, I recommend arriving during the day as street parking is much more available, the later you arrive the harder it will be to find. There is a 24 hour garage (15th and Washington, Lincoln Square) and I highly recommend taking advantage of this at night if you do not want to search for a spot. Don't feel like walking home from the garage? Take an Uber.
