The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia recensioner

Very nice hotel, the room is big, very good location. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Although only one night this time , I enjoyed very much. The front desk helper is very helpful. We already checked out, but we are not leaving until late afternoon, I asked them for a room for a short stay because my son has audition in the afternoon, they gave us a very nice room to stay and practice, which is really helpful.

There was no microwave in the room, no phone charger outlets and parking garage was in a creepy alley

The front desk staff Robert and house keeping staffs are incredibly nice and friendly. They solved many problems during my stay, but unfortunately this hotel is old

Everyone is friendly and helpful good location they take good care of your vehicle at the valay parking

Rooms are a bit on the small side, and bathrooms are very tight. Room was missing a few standard amenities like body wash, and the sink was somewhat dirty with the hair of previous guests. Otherwise was fine, and the location is good.

A great location! The hotel itself is showing a little age. Our King room was huge but just in need of some updating. Staff was awesome, room was cleaned each day very nicely. Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants in Rittenhouse. A reasonable walk to Independence Hall and the historic areas of town.

酒店態度最好的是打掃客房衞生的阿姨 前台非裔美國人態度差的要死 種族歧視且嘲笑顧客 酒店莫名其妙扣款客人信用卡盜刷 且不承認 超級壁壘 很差很差的一次體驗

衞生清理及時，位置便利快捷。

床旁邊的電插頭都是壞的，充電非常不方便，衹能在電視櫃旁充。設施有點老舊，雖然工作人員服務還可以。

乾淨、方便、附近歺廳購物不少、就是一早訂了房間也給酒店看了訂單但酒店説沒收到不讓住、也不肯積極打電話問訂房部去解決、、我們衹能當自己再付費解決、服務不好。
