もう25年以上まえによくカンボジアに行き、その頃はキャピトルを一度も使いませんでした。1.2.3も何時も沢山の日本人、欧米人が滞在していて、私は同じ日本人の書いたノートや直接話したりして情報を得る為に利用していただけでした。現在2は閉鎖。1と3は閑散とし、バックパッカ等いない。どちらも日に数名の利用者しかないようで、飲物さえ置いてない状況。ドミトリーなんか1人部屋、情報取れず期待外れ。風俗が変わってしまった為、バックパッカーが来ない為キャピトルの収益はトラベルも輸送（バス、バンの輸送）も底だろうな！
