Unfortunately, that room was occupied by a long-term guest during your stay. However, if having a closet is a priority for you, we can always arrange one for your convenience upon request. Guest comfort is always our top priority.As for the room cleanliness, we are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. If you had shared your concerns with us during your stay, we would have gladly cleaned the room again or even arranged a new one for you.
