Great experience! Stayed here for one night and the service/view/staff here is excellent! Also the assistant reservations manager Tola is really helpful when I had some issue on the reservations. Will come back again! 这里的服务/环境/员工很好，预定上出了问题但是被很及时的处理了！很棒的居住的体验

Everything is perfect, staff is amazing, especially thanks to Lydie from the front desk team: she is the perfect example of a proactive hospitable person who is always way beyond your best expectations. I can say that Lydie was very professional, friendly, and helpful during my stay experience at Rosewood Phnom Penh. I will choose Rosewood again next time when I travel to Phnom Penh.

This hotel has many teething issues. From yellow urine colored water coming out of the faucets to staff issues. Don't be fooled by the name as the property is a disgrace to the brand. Regret staying here and i rarely say that. Do yourself a favor and just choose another property and save yourself not only money but the frustration as well.

The location of this hotel is beautiful. The accommodation is what I like the most, I like the design and how comfortable it be. Cleanliness is nothing to complain its very clean. This is first time that my friend and I visit Phnom Penh. So, this hotel makes this vacation more remarkable. The view in the night is spectacular. If I had I chance I definitely would choose this hotel again. :)

服務：交了900美刀按金，按金單不小心掉落在餐廳，我打款記錄也有，護照也給了，酒店訂單也給了，退房的時候説沒按金單退不了，電腦是一個擺設嗎？沒記錄嗎？還是説工作人員自己吃掉了這個錢呢？我希望酒店管理看到給一個合理的解釋，不然我就一直投訴，也希望要去入住的網友注意下～ 坑人也不是這麼坑的，還是這邊最好的酒店，真的超級差評，故意吃錢，吃相太難看！！！
