The Snowbell Hotel recensioner

Very nice view from the room. But the location is among Chinatown with lots of night bars and very noisy karaoke on weekends. Amenities are a bit old. I really don’t know why this is 4 stars hotel. Staff also made mistakes by giving same room to multiple customers.

The accommodation is very comfortable, but there is a problem with cigarettes in the corridor, but not in the room. The room is spacious and the water pressure is strong. The staff is very good. They clean the room every day. Very good. I will come back to stay again when I come to work next time.

Easy and minimal room with good location to go elsewhere. Places around mostly are Chinese.

Pros: 1. Location is easy to get around 2. Price of room is quite low 3. Room is spacious Cons: 1. Toilet is quite rum down. 2. Bath towels are worn out. 3. Rooms are not cleaned properly. 4. Breakfast is in room pre-order single plate type. 5. No proper desk to work on. 6. Fridge is not working. 7. TV has no other channels, though there is a TV box that don't work. Can only watch YouTube.

Overall a comfortable and great value stay! The view from the room was amazing, I loved seeing the sun rise or watch the sky turn dark as the city lit up. As long as you're not too freaked out by the small cockroaches that will come out at night. Anyway I solved the issue by buying "trap a roach" kits from Mr DIY at AEON mall, it was highly effective. Self service washing machine, microwave and toaster oven available at level 29. The swimming pool, steam room and gym was amazing at level 39. Note you are not allowed to wear the bath robe there, you need to be covered in your own clothes and change there. You need a separate access card to enter. Note u can change lifts at level 3A from the mall to reach level 28/29 too. There is a convenient Chinese supermarket at the ground floor of the mall, and you can easily get many things. Food delivery has to be collected from the ground floor, as building security won't allow them to go up, but not an issue. Remember to hang housekeeping tag outside the door if you want them to clean the room.

Excellent service from front desk. Highly recommend to stay here. Very convenient & easy to find food by nearby.

Second time staying here this year. Lovely hotel with amazing friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is close to everything in the area and quiet. 1kg free laundry per day and yummy breakfast in the morning that’s delivered to your room

The hotel is too close too the clubs and the room is not soundproof

The room was spacious, clean and with a very good view. There were practical details like hooks and clothesline inside the bathroom. However, no usb/type G socket was provided, only type I sockets. Hotel staff was nice and efficient but the reception area was small and could be crowded at times.

I liked staying here for the first half of my trip (previous review) that I booked one additional night for the stay over before my early morning flight.

The hotel room was very clean and fresh... All the staff are friendly and helpful... Overall it is very good .. thank you
