We sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience with our hotel service. Actually, your inquiry on that day was for four rooms, but we didn’t have enough rooms to accommodate your group. Furthermore, your group smoked in the forbidden area, so our receptionist had a duty to guide you to smoke at the smoking area nearby. Our commitment is to secure our guest’s stay safety, hygiene, and the best environment.
