RS II Guesthouse recensioner

Good location for being in town but not worth the money for a private room - lots of stuff listed in amneties weren’t available + an insect problem in the rooms, bag was covered in bugs in the morning.

This is a good stay experience. The room condition is acceptable. The price of the room is affordable. The environment is ok. The room temperature is comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay.

I stayed for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable at times, which made it challenging to work. The breakfast selection was decent but could offer more variety. Despite these small issues, I would recommend this hotel for its central location and comfortable accommodations.

The reception service was bad. When we arrived there were no people in the reception and we had to wait for several minutes. There is also no elevator. We had to climb long stairs and lift the suitcases by ourselves. The staff did not help anything. And the rooms are dark, dirty and very smelly. Especially, we could not stand the smell of the room. It was Very different from what they promoted on trip.com. The experience was very terrible that we moved to another accommodation as soon as we have arrived to RS2 Guesthouse. Rating 0/5. Does not recommend for all types of travelers.

Pretty good for the price in a good area right by the Mekong river. Would stay again

No Lift, But clean. 8/10.

Very disappointing that they told me my room was without windows. I lost the printed cpoy of my booking and my phone has a flat battery that's why I have no proof of what I booked. I have to argue a bit and later asked how much more for a room with a window. They said $2 a day more. I said I'll pay later when I come back but didnt specify if I'll pay through Trip.com or directly to them. When I returned, There was nobody on the reception which looked like an old toll gate booth. I waited till somebody came and told them that the room I booked has windows that has a view of the pagoda. They still insisted that I have to pay the $2 a day extra. Which I now refused to pay and showed them the photo of the double room that I paid for. The woman was cornered and said: "Ok, you don't have to pay"and rudely left. The amenities in the room was 1 cup and saucer 2 small bottles of water, 2 very minute soap, 2 toothbrushes and a roll of toilet paper. There were no coffee, tea, and even a water jug. The stairways and verandas were dusty and huge rats were running near the dustbins.

The place smelled like a rotting corpse, the things included in the description of the room like shampoo, conditioner, soap and the like were not available in the whole Guesthouse. The service was below par, I would not rebook my stay at this Guesthouse.

This hotel is right at the heart of Phnom Pehn. Close to most of the sites to visit, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are clean and food options for breakfast is great!

I think the place is good, but Its location near the road . Thefore, it was noisy. The sound from people who walk around the street are miserable
