DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix recensioner

Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating.

Location close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Meet all my needs, and the price was good. Parking can be close to your room. The front desk was a bit hostile. Refills of dispensers needed to pay more attention to.

Affordable hotel but may take some time to find your room around

I asked for toothpaste and tooth brush ! They told me I have to go down to pick it up by myself ! Service is horrible at this hotel. There is no one to help you with bags to your room. Toilet is old The only thing good about this hotel the location and the room size

It was close to airport n rooms was big

Elevator was broken near my room the entire time so I had to walk to the car outdoor elevator. It was a long walk and it was extremely hot. AC system also could not compete with the heat. I couldn't get my room under 74 degrees. Sweated all night. But the rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. I guess I'd recommend when it's not over 100 degrees.

Great. I am very happy when stay. Next time in the business I will think about Doubletree Hotel.
