Great restaurant and service. Rooms look great in pictures but could do with some upkeep. Thunder storm came in and my ceiling had a small leak. Water pressure from showers also inconsistent. Very attentive staff. Rooms could also do with a bench for luggage.

I guess it was the best at ayuttaya but not in terms of the price which does not include mini bar drink or chocolate

There are better options out there. As far as I remember, the water pressure of the bathroom of this hotel was the weakest ever and the tap water wasn't hot enough.

my trip was a one night stay the hotel was very nice and spacey second time staying at the hotel

Staffs super nice & helpful. Facility is great with Nice Riverfront restaurant & rooftop cafe. A short stay but relax and calm for us.

Although the room is spacious but not comfortable enough. There is no clothes hanger in the bathroom. Living corner is just in front of the door, no privacy. However staffs are freindly and good service minded.

Most instagram-able hotel in Ayutthaya, stayed here the 2nd time, rooms are always very clean and welcome drink was nice. Staffs in the hotel general area including reception and security guards were all very nice, but restaurant staffs on the other hand were different (I didn't want to use this word but honestly they were a little rude, when they were serving the breakfast included), dinner time was okay. Pool was cleaned by staffs early morning, pleasant to stay here again.

Love the room and hotel! We didn’t expect a lot for the breakfast but the food was great (we had blue crab omelette, moo ping and their congee). The rooms were well maintained and beddings were comfortable. Would definitely recommend to visit!

Bed bugs. Red itches evident.

Stayed for a night and it’s not enough. Definitely will be back for more.

Very disappointed.The location is good，but the room looks totally different from the picture of the hotel，I just thought I was going into a wrong hotel，it's just like a budget hotel，and the service of hotel is also just so so.

Very impressive hotel. Huge breakfast. Amazing river view. Gigantic bath tub. A super enjoyable stay.

It is about 1.5hrs away from Bangkok. You may easily get a Grab to Ayutthaya but coming can be a bit harsh. Check-in was smooth but not sure if the hotel worth to pay S$200 over especially on service standards. Other 5 stars in Bankgok has better service standards in Front office and F&B with the similar price range. Many local during weekends. Room is clean for sure!
